Interestin game that features voice overs and has a story. It is a bit jank but there is somethin beneath it. Not too bad for the price.

From little that I played, there are just too many game-breaking glitches, such as puzzle softlocks, corrupted save files, falling through the map, collisions just randomly refusing to work, bullets hitting invisible walls, and all kinds of other technical issues. It's only somewhat playable for the first 60 minutes, but after that it seems the code just melts like cheese in the microwave.
To be fair, despite the cheap look of the game I think the dev is trying to make something interesting, and if the game was perfectly polished it could be a guilty pleasure, but I can't even finish the first chapter, there are just too many issues. Aside from the glitches I think you need to work more on adding texture, the actual environment does not look that bad, as far as just the design of the building I think it's interesting to explore, but the monsters and the gun have an assety feel to them, I am not sure if they are or not, but you should add more texture and design models that look less silly. On that note, I think if you kill a monster with a gun it should never respawn in the same room, it's already annoying enough when they camp exits.
One positive thing I can say is that the game features a variety of traditional survival-horror mechanics such as resource conservation and bullet crafting, as well as having an inventory system for various healing and puzzle items. In general, I think the game does have a nice campy feel to it when you explore the rooms, if you can manage to solve all of the superficial and technical issues, I think you have a good base for an interesting game.
I won't refund the game, it seems the dev is trying his best, but in the end, it's just not ready, hopefully, the next one will be better, make sure you don't have any solid textures so you don't have that asset feel to the objects like the gun, and you might want to do more testing before selling it. But yea, some okay ideas, if it wasn't so broken I probably would have fun with it.
Pros:
(+) I like all of the different survival-horror elements, if the game wasn't glitchy I think the core of the exploration gameplay is not terrible.
(+) Even though the game has a lot of cheap-looking models and objects, I think you at least got the environment to look somewhat decently, there is a bit of a personality in the room design which I like.

Technical issues - softlocks, save files not working at random, falling through the map, just to name a few things. I know I am not being too helpful, but there is just so much of it, there is no point trying to pinpoint a specific bug, you need to test the game more. On a side note, some of the interactive points don't give you a hint that you can use the item there, like if it's a locked door it should say that.
Texture - the environment does not look that bad, but you might want to work more on enemy models and object textures, otherwise it feels too much like assets.
Enemies - it might be better to remove enemy spawns, once you kill them they should not come back, there is enough frustration as it is. The enemy models in general are just too silly looking and I think it ruins the immersion, also you might want to add a bit of a stagger for the gun impact so it's more fun to shoot things.
Overall Thoughts: Kinda broken, could not get very far because of softlocks and corrupted save files.
I respect the effort, I think you have a few nice ideas there with the exploration and inventory mechanics, but just technical issues and superficial problems make it a very meh experience, if it worked perfectly I probably would finish it just for the campy feel. Not very good, but I think you could make something decent with more time and effort.
