Brilliant game, one of their best versions yet. Current game i am 33 seasons in and about to start my 34 th season and my manager is now 83 years old in game lol and still going strong.

The only version of FM you need. Great community around the game, and well-balanced gameplay makes this a great football sandbox. This edition is more addictive and less restrictive towards creating the football you want to see. The datahub improvements, player development updates and the set piece UI saved me a few hundred clicks and a world of in-game pain. The deadline day price changes, late youth player development and balance in value for experienced vs youth players make longer saves more immersive. Issues with AI transfers and team building remain but barring a few cases you hold personally, it doesn't impact immersion or the gameplay experience. Best thing about this FM is the game finally allows defensive tactics like Catenaccio, while previous editions were ones that were heavily lopsided towards geigenpressing. Writing this review late but with FM25 delayed, the quality of the base game and the insane shift pulled by the modding community has saved my entire year.

I find this the best football management games on the planet. This is well better that EA FC 25 manager career due to its realism and tactical control.

Brilliant game....... My only real gripes are that physical attributes are overpowered and this really needs improving to make the game more realistic. Brazil is also overpowered with 99% of wonderkids being from that region.

Probably the best version of Football Manager ever. Plays well and still maintains a quick pace to the continuation. Which is good because, you know, there won't be a new FM game for a long time.

Shame about FM25, but this is still an excellent game, 850 hours in and still discovering new and exciting players and tactics all the time.

This is the best football game ever made. Every save feels like your writing your own stories. Players dip in and out of form. I'm a sucker for a sports story . Youth prospect included in the squad because of injuries , he scores a winner. Out of form and out of favour player helps get a point in a big game. Club captain scores from outside the box. I love watching all the goals of the month and goals of the season . I once saw DCL score a chip from 40 yards. Incredible game , buy it

Well I quite enjoy knocking it around the park a bit. Straight up passing it, if you get what I mean. Dead ass striking the ball, if you understand what I'm saying. Literally tackling it as we speak rn.

Took my Sunday League club to Champions League glory. Lost my star striker to a broken toe… from tripping on his Xbox. Truly the most realistic FM yet. 10/10 would rage quit again. ⚽😂 Follow my curator page for more empire-building disasters, and a civilization that might just collapse under its own weight! 🌍 https://store.steampowered.com/curator/42602807-Osiris-Reviews/

If you compare it with fm19, you can certainly see the progress in the development of the game engine. The development of the engine is slow, gradual, but it has gotten better. There are more pleasant and smooth animations, more aesthetically correct combinations when playing the ball, and fewer failures and errors when controlling the ball. But the problems of playing defensively have not gone away, you can put the mentality on a counterattack or defense and the team will still concede goals, a lot of goals are missed from set pieces. This can be avoided or minimized by setting set pieces. I'm using "Azure v3" setup for this and it works great with all teams. Your team will attack the entire match, knock on all the posts and the goal frame, but barely score one or two goals. If you don’t play with cheat tactics from FM arena forum, then everything is quite nice and realistically simulated, it’s nice to watch a 3D match
