逆光迷途 Lost in Darklight Reviews

Before "Love is all Around" - there was a thrilling story that seemed to be hidden like it's title suggests. This is clearly a very underrated game: I've seen far worse FMV's with a much better rating. I was curious why this one was rated so low - and I didn't find out. Is the story boring? I didn't think so, although it's unique and plays like a TV series (which I guess it's based on maybe). Is the video quality bad? Hardly, although there's slight blurring at certain parts, but it's great quality overall. The acting, music, plot and even mechanics are top notch - no complaints there. And it has so many ways to fail - more than most FMV have - so you realize how important your choices are, while at the same time the impact is most of the time immediate, so you aren't confused on what choices to make. The only thing that really challenged me where the clue function, where you had to pick 3 options from 6 to decode a riddle, and it was hard because you didn't know which ones you chose that were wrong or not. But the second time I figured it out and got it on the first try! The lessons in the game - constantly keeping a cool and level head, being loyal to your friends, and knowing when to keep silent are invaluable. Add to all that - the plot twists keep coming! You won't be disappointed by this masterpiece. There's not a lot of negatives - maybe the achievements getting awarded too early so it's a mini-spoiler. Umm, or the fact that there's not so many humorous or flirty options to choose. Okay well this game takes itself pretty seriously, that's fine. Lost in Daylight keeps you on the edge of your seat like no other! P.S. This game is so much better than the drama version "Love of Replica"
