Having just finished all the achievements possible in this game, I feel like I can offer a pretty comprehensive opinion on the game. While it’s a decent experience at the beginning, there are a few elements that stand out—both positively and negatively. Graphics The graphics are quite charming for the type of game it is. It doesn’t push the boundaries of visual fidelity, but it doesn’t need to. The simple, cartoony style fits well with the gameplay. However, it’s not going to blow anyone away either. It does the job, but that’s about it. Music On the other hand, the music is… less impressive. It’s repetitive and a bit grating after a while. The tunes don’t quite match the intensity of the gameplay, and it can get on your nerves during longer play sessions. Definitely not a highlight of the game. Gameplay & Balance The game offers a reasonable variety of characters, which is nice. However, the available upgrades are a bit lacking in terms of both quantity and balance. Magic abilities, for example, feel almost useless, while focusing on upgrading your main weapon’s stats is pretty much the key to success. You can max out your character’s basic stats and easily breeze through most of the game, making some of the strategic depth feel rather shallow. Additionally, the hitboxes on certain weapons are frustratingly bad, which can make combat more of a chore than it needs to be. Quality of Life (QoL) The game definitely suffers from a lack of QoL features. One glaring issue is the inability to undo upgrades in the main skill tree outside of a match. If you’re aiming for the platinum trophy, be aware that the achievement for surviving 15 minutes is easier to achieve if you don’t invest in HP regeneration or lifesteal too early. It’s a little annoying to be forced into such specific choices, and it’s something that could have been handled better. Final Thoughts Given its low price, I can still recommend The Last Man Survivor, especially if you’re looking for a casual game to pass a few hours. You’ll likely enjoy it for 3-4 hours, and during that time, you’ll explore most of what the game has to offer. But after that, it becomes pretty clear that there isn’t much depth to keep you coming back for more. It’s a decent, budget-friendly game, but it could definitely use more polish in terms of balance and QoL improvements. If you don’t mind the repetition and want something light to play, it’s worth checking out. Just don’t expect it to keep you hooked for long.

I keep trying to like it but it lacking quite a bit that you get from other games of this genre. The game play feels slow and boring and the abilities lack variety. I gave it an honest 9 hours. Time to move on.

I gave the game a fair try, and I can say that this is worse horde survivor I have ever played Its feels like game 50% finish and all the fun part was left out

Despite a good looking art style (which initially drew me in to get the game) this is a crude Bullet Heaven. Boring meta progression and weird story bits (feels something got lost in translation) doesn't help it. Also inbalanced characters and absolutely useless skills (meaning leveling just your weapon in so much better then using them). There are better bullet heavens, which are actually fun and engaging. Stay away!

The game at current state lacks some polishing but as for this price it's a very nice looking game that will give you ~10h of fun. If you like to have everything unlocked, then surely way more than 10h. Is it worth a few bucks? IMO - yes.

For a full release game, it's lacking and seems more like early Access, VERY early access. I'm trying to finish all achievements, but it just seems like it wasn't playtested or the feedback was outright ignored. Some characters are seriously OP, while others are just painful to play with almost no redeeming qualities.

No updates for months then all of a sudden full release. This game could have been good if you dedicated more time to it. the "full release" does not make me want to play it again. G_G
