I like this game its very fun, the game developers need to work on making this game a free hacking zone as well as fix the reputation of fair pc players because we all cant play because the developers dont do anything

Really fun and interesting game. Mostly used the logic to win rather than intuition. Game is really nice and community seems to be good, even though, sometimes you get racists or swearing people.

super fun game but there r a quite few of hackers that pretend to be the real L or to be the greatest Kira, it's super cringe sometimes. Im telling u, u will notice a hacker pretty fast into the game. Its when they r right about who is who in every single match, they won't even try to suspect anyone, they just instantly say who is who and then give reasons like ''oh he/she was stuttering or oh he/she was breathing in the wrong way''..... These type of players always talk and NEVER let anyone else talk NEVER.. its so edgy how these players think that they r the greatest by cheating in a game like this hahha I had one guy which i played a long time with and he kept yappin about how great he is, he kept saying that the ONLY reason why he is always right is bcuz he iis reading manipulation books from Robert Greene and he takes psychology lessons even tho he sounds like a 13 year old.

The only way to play is the voice chat on games and every game you are guaranteed people being very hostile and saying slurs at each other. a lot of corny console teens are playing so its to be expected. when trying to do games with voice chat off no one joins it or hosts them. i would like to just do bot matches or add bots but that isn't a thing sadly. i would only recommend the game if you have a bunch of friends who play it or you fit in with the people i mentioned before.

The game is amazing once you understand it and find a fun group of people to play it with! Until you do though, be ready for a steep learning curve and slurs and bigotry in the public lobbies :( check out youtube videos to get an idea of the game's rules before you buy!

This game is so fun, I wish it didn't have as many cheaters as it does but when you can actually play the game it's one of the most fun games ever! It needs more people so please buy it : D <3

Too many hackers, too much toxicity, too many people saying slurs, you HAVE to talk to progress through the game (it's like among us, but you're forced to talk), if someone leaves- your game stops and you'll have to restart (no bots to take over), and base mechanics is just confusing. I had such high hopes for this, but it's no from me.

This game is actually so fun and addicting lmao it's a lot more involved and so far the lobbies haven't been too crazy for me. Game can be sometimes dead at certain times of the day which sucks and I mean I think a big reason for that is because the game is a bit too expensive for what it is like if it was like 5 bucks i could easily get my friends on and hopefully an xbox port comes in the future because seriously this game is so awesome but like what can you do LMAO. I would even prefer the packs and characters to be a bit more expensive if it meant lowering the base price since its a lot harder to convince my friends to buy a $10 game. but if you like deduction mafia games like this this is such a fun time im actually addicted ALSO PLEASE ADD MATT SKIN AND MY LIFE IS YOURS

In the past couple of years, few games have gripped me as thoroughly as Death Note: Killer Within. It’s one of the most engaging, well-crafted social deduction games I’ve ever played. The depth, the faithfulness to the manga and anime, and the intricate mind games required to win make it a standout experience. What makes Killer Within so special is how each role transforms the way you play. You’re not just given a title—you have to think and act as your character would. Most of the time, you’ll be an investigator, laying the foundation for how you should present yourself every round. But when you’re Kira, the game shifts completely. You have to be careful, calculated, and subtle. Working with your follower to manipulate the game from the shadows is an art, deciding whether to methodically eliminate investigators or take the high-risk, high-reward approach of targeting L directly. Playing as L is just as intense, forcing you to think several steps ahead while keeping yourself protected. Mello, on the other hand, is a completely different experience. Unlike L, he doesn’t need to play mind games—he just needs to pull the trigger. Every day, he gets another chance to kill Kira, and he doesn’t care if innocents get caught in the crossfire. His presence alone forces L and Kira to adjust, making every match unpredictable. Killer Within doesn’t let you coast on luck or social charm. Every move matters. You have to pay attention to what players are doing, who they’re talking to, and what patterns start to emerge. This is a game where deception thrives, where no lie is too big, and where even the smallest detail can change the course of a round. Some people might assume my love for this game comes from being a Death Note fan, but it runs deeper than that. The developers truly understood what made the source material compelling and built a game that thrives on its core themes—strategy, manipulation, and high-stakes mind games. Every match feels like a mental battle, where success depends on your ability to outthink and outmaneuver the other players. No other social deduction game has challenged me the way Death Note: Killer Within has. Every session is a test of perception and deception, forcing you to think critically at all times. It’s a brilliant game, one I can’t stop thinking about, and easily one of my favorites in recent years.
