I've put up a youtube walkthrough of this game. No one else was covering the game, so i bothered. If you enjoy part 1 of the walkthrough, you'll probably enjoy the rest of the game, and whatever else this dev. releases in the future. Out of my 400 steam games that i own, i usually don't bother to make walkthroughs because it's already covered elsewhere. My experience so far is all you need to do is look at objects and talk to people and you'll beat chapter 1 no matter how good or bad you do.

Excited to see more of this game! The current version is fairly short with only the first chapter available, but it's a charming game with some nice ideas, so I'd recommend giving it a whirl (and some support) if you find the concept intriguing. <3

Early access: Version 0.1.1.0 Funny how you can find some interesting games just by typing a word in the Steam search box. In this case, due to the lack of a werewolf game compared to vampire ones, I decided to type and search for it on Steam to see any revelation and lord and behold, I found this slice-of-life one on early access with a unique blend of old-school low polygon design in a noir classical film filter. It's not something I'm used to, so frankly, after finishing the first episode, I came to adore the concept. In retrospect, this is a story about Lachie, who found out she is a werewolf, the last one of her kind (at least), now discovering there are other magical beings and cryptic out in the world. To feel a little less lonely and to find answers about the werewolf generation, Lachie decided to make it her mission to investigate any supernatural event to befriend any being and people she came across while learning more about herself and her powers. For that, I found the objective for the protagonist sweet. Something I am sure it is worth for players to root for. Onto the gameplay side, this is a sidescroller where you would be interacting with other characters and items and using them to gather information and make some decisions. You would also gain new abilities after each episode, like transforming into a wolf to be able to move faster, it would seem. There is not much to mention here about the mechanics and the gameplay so far other than I have encountered some bugs and grammar errors. Do keep in mind you would need a powerful PC to run this game smoothly without any frame rate drop. Other than that, you should be good to go if you want to play this game. Finally, I wouldn't outright recommend this game just yet as it is still on early, early access that may take at least 2 years for it to be fully developed. Even then, after playing through the first episode and seeing some of the roadmap, it looks promising so far. This 'review' is more of me saying "yes"; do wishlist this game or keep it under your radar as of now. But, if you're planning to purchase this game right away, be aware that it has a long way to go until it is completed, so it is best to be patient with the process. As for me, I'm excited to see what the finished product may look like and compare it to this early version. There are a lot of things I would like to discuss, mainly improvements like UI and story progression, but I'll save it for the community post, where I may go into a little more detail about that when I have the time because this preview of a review is long enough already. I'll update this after a few big updates, the next one being between late Summer and early Autumn (from what I remember). Message to the developer: Please keep the ghost as a recurring character.

Early access: Version 0.2.0.5 YES, THE DEVELOPER LISTENED. THEY KEPT THE GHOST AS A RECURRING CHARACTER. I'M SO HAPPY! It's been a while since I last updated this, not having very much of a reason to do it up until now that I have played Episode 2. So far, I'm still enjoying this game. Loving the addition of character portraits, the story's progress and the continuous theme of meeting new characters and trying to discover and uncover supernatural activities. Those are still the fundamentals of this game. I also like how the film was presented with still 2D animated work. It is not perfect yet; there are still a few bugs here and there, but nothing major has been found so far. The developer has been responding and making slow progress, but still progress nonetheless, meaning they are cooking something good, which I'm both excited about and scared of due to the content warning to do with mental issues and suicide for the third episode. Until then, I'll still try to keep on posting when a major update appears.
