There are a thousand free applications for changing the cursor itself and if you only need this, then buying it is pointless, but this is probably the best application on Windows to make a normal mouse trace like in OSU - smooth without jerking and the way you want. Now (06.2025) there are really few ready-made presets, but I found what I need. DOES NOT WORK IN REALLY FULL-SCREEN APPLICATIONS AND GAMES, but it works in full window mode without a frame. You can always disable it via hot keys. Almost does not affect performance, spends about a percent of the CPU
