It's the most confusing and funnest game I've played and I'm very skittish when it comes to horror games. But at the end of the day I had fun with this and I'm glad I found this game.

Sometimes on Steam you find hidden gems....this happens to be one of them!! It's fun, feels new and is not overly difficult. Neat idea, and interesting as a concept but the game-play with the camera is frustrating and takes away from the game

This game is great to put your friends in front of for a session and watch the show. So the beginning of the game you could tell great care was put into it. As you get further into the game it almost seems as if the devs rushed a little bit and made up as they went. It took me 15 minutes to find the first artifact while I moved through the scripted events and scares but as you move forward you realize the other 4 artifacts are closer together and the events slow down as well as the atmosphere loosens up. I would definitely buy just to have friends play the first few minutes as a joke but otherwise the story is very VERY confusing by design I assume and I am assuming this game was meant to be for the experience itself. I found the game very to be glitchy. In two occasions the black entity freezes to the point you can walk through it. Overall very well designed (to the exception of the glitches) but could not finish the game. Shane!!!

At the moment, I couldn't recommend this game. It has so many weird bugs and parts that just dont make sense or aren't explained properly. I think I came across maybe 10 different actual bugs or subjective "issues" in my playthrough. So first things first: I didn't finish the game because after placing the penultimate item on the pentagram I got stuck in the attic. The door cannot be opened, there are only two active objects - the image and the door, and neither can be manipulated. (No, the key is not hanging from the ceiling. And second - they think it's a shame and bad publicity for indie authors. Watching a few instructional videos, collecting a bunch of ready-made assets, music from freesounds and somehow paying it all together, without a meaningful story, is not how games are made. It is, in my opinion, just the result of the work of someone who wanted to test how the engine works. I don't want my money back just because I feel sorry for young (writers, coders ... masons? cannot find correct expression).

Good game, wish it was longer. Maybe making it so the tasks you have to do to obtain relics takes longer? For the pricepoint and the amount of time to beat it its a bit underwhelming but the game itself was fun, jumps where there and the ambiance was good in the house

Edit: They fixed it overnight. Achievements are fine and third artifact is placable =) But I don't know what the last three achievements are for. Each is titled "34" O.o Some parts are too dark. I mean it. You can see nothing, it's all black! Some parts are bugged. I couldn't place the third artifact, that's a game breaking bug. Some achievements are bugged. It didn't give me the first artifact achievement. I can not recommend it for this price with its issues =(
