I love Retro-RPG's.
No wonder I started playing with ASCII symbols on my PC (without graphic card..monochrome monitor).
But there are some things I don't miss from those early games and that is a world map.
I simply no longer have the patience and time to travel back and forth without a plan to finally find my destination (and heaven forbid there are several cities and dungeons and you pause the game for a while).
Otherwise, everything is standard here: simple dungeons, enemies that are just about manageable, and a constant hunger for money to buy items and equipment.
Oh, and an almost open world...which punishes you if you enter a dungeon that you are not ready for.
I have now invested 2 hours of playing time in this game (offline) and now it's over for me
