cute find the objects game. Had no idea what was going on in the story though except a few very obvious parts that I won't spoil. I know there's a cypher or code situation going on with the notebook, but I don't have that kind of patience. I was hoping someone had explained the story out on youtube or something but I guess not.
The game itself was well done. There were only a few issues I ran into with hidden notebook pages or scummy feeling differences whereas it was just 1 single line that was off when instead they could have made the constellations different or something more creative (I guess towards the end of the game things may have gotten rushed?) I would have very much liked, if as you played and spotted more differences/anomalies if the scene itself started coming to life. Maybe electricity started turning on or stuff started moving around. Would have added a little bit more of a challenge and immersion. The art was great although the epilogue artwork was a little bland but I guess that was for artistic/story reasons I could excuse. The 5 hidden secret interacting items on the scenes were cool.
8/10 game if you like 'spot the difference' or hidden items styles give this cozy game a try.

Reluctant recommend. This is a charming spot the difference game that has fun visuals and makes good use of parallax and you will get a few hours of entertainment out of it if its your vibe.
Broken Lens definitely overstays its welcome despite being good value for money at its current price point ($7). The best part was going through the journal to find the five secret buttons, i would have loved to have seen another dozen or two of these puzzles. I also wish this game did more on the audio side but instead i just turned the master volume down and listened to to my own music.

The secrets are great, I had so much fun figuring everything out!
Finding all the differences was a bit tedious after a while. I really recommend this game if you like secrets :)
