Poorly optimised and buggy mess of a game, If the combat was half decent then maybe I could recommend but oddly enough it seems combat has taken a back seat in priorities. The gun play is horrible and the zombies shuffle around doing a stupid little jig and a completely uninteresting and not at all scary, the only time I was frightened was when a couple of zombies fazed through a garage door and proceeded to dance slowly towards me. This is not a game in a saleable state and from what I can tell is a dead game whose creator is desperately trying to keep on some form of life support. Truly one of the most sad examples of promises to get money from backers and kick starters only to deliver something vaguely similar to what they sold. There is no reason to buy this game, it runs like crap and the game play is boring and buggy. there truly is no positives to this game and I highly doubt we will see a no mans sky esk redemption arch.

I was a senior in high school when I first saw this game. I went to college and moved along and ended up getting a job and having years of experience in it by the time I actually got to play it. The game isn’t playable. Got stuck on a vehicle trying to avoid zombies after running for a long time to find something. I don’t know how a game can look so good and end up continually getting worse. Not worse as in they add useless or broken stuff to the game, but worse as in graphics, gameplay, and performance wise it’s all worse. To make it worse, it’s like they removed good things which honestly on its own is a hard job because there’s practically nothing good about this game. Crashing, bugs, invisible walls, you name it. The zombies move and look the same with slight changes in clothes and colors. Spyro the dragon NPCs had more detail on the play station 1.
