Hidden little gem here. This game plays out like a retro Resident Evil game, in 3rd person shooter mode, with graphics akin to the first few Alone in the Dark games in the early 1990's. In this game you are a pizza delivery man who gets called to a large creepy mansion, where you end up getting stuck inside battling monsters and solving puzzles as you try to escape. I blazed through this game in just under an hour, but for most people I think it would take around 60-90 minutes.
+ The game is fun and controls well. It feels polished. The pace and movement is fast and things move along at a nice brisk pace.
+ The puzzles are interesting, original, and well balanced, no need for a guide.
+ A variety of enemies and boss fights with their own characteristics and weakness to weapons.
+ Fun steam achievements for replayability.
+ The ending was creative, sequel?!
- Some voice acting would have been nice instead of just text
- Some unlockables such as super weapons or costumes would have been nice, or a Hard Mode.
- Could have used some more story lore, instead of leaving it open ended.
Very fun game if you want an indie retro style Resident Evil!
