This game becomes 90% about the second boss of the game once you learn the mechanics. This would be tolerable if it weren't for the fact that replays outright break for the duration of the fight, making it impossible to study what other players are doing right. The difficulty spikes immensely for the fight and nothing else in the game comes close.
There are other issues around the game, such as the audio's left and right channels being swapped, sometimes you can get launched by the enemies, stomping attacks fail occasionally, and sometimes mouse movement breaks.
Unless you're an extreme Devil Daggers fan, I can't recommend this game to you.
