Okay! Here is my review. This game is a classic block buster game but so much better. I also truly love the price point. It feels like a modern day, arcade classic. At first when you start the game you think it's easy and you start feeling good about yourself.. Then something begins happening where you go, "Oh wait hold up... how did I die?!" And then the challenging levels kick in. It's quite addicting and becomes busy and hard! There are literally so many moving elements but it's done so well. I seriously think that if you love Geometry Wars and Ping Pong games, you're guaranteed to love this one.

I came across this gem by accident while searching for retro themed games. I have really fond memories of playing Arkanoid and Galaga from my childhood and so decided to give this one a try. And over the past few days, its slowly started to become my go to game after getting home from work. The gameplay is more action packed and challenging than both of the games that inspired this game and so it gets the ball rolling quite early on. The levels are short and make for a quick bout of mindless fun and kind of makes me feel like the kid that just wanted to get back from school to play some video games with friends. While there are a few things that can be improved upon, like the UI for example, the gameplay is solid and I'd definitely recommend checking it out if you're in the mood to indulge in some good old 80s nostalgia.

I think this is an amazing game! The controls are easy and repetitive, so it's easy to get sucked into it. Plus, it's a lot of fun to see your progress on the leader board. It feels just like a retro arcade game, and the boss levels are not so difficult that it's impossible, but hard enough to be a fun challenge. 10/10 would recommend! XD

Wow! Honestly being a part of this process and watching this game release was an awesome feeling. When I first played the game I was hooked. I like fast-paced games and boy was this fast. Figuring out the controls took me a little longer, but I enjoyed the different setups you can take like using the arrow keys or the ASWD keys. There are a lot of great features in this game and I love all the different sprite designs, and as a designer, I honestly died quite a bit just because I caught myself looking at the sprites. This game has a really fun and challenging premise that is similar to both Break-Out and Galaga. It kept my attention and fun for just a casual play through. I'm a sucker for good games by small creators. I am proud to have helped work with the creator and see this game become a reality. :D
Ceak's Galaxy Bricks Review
TLDR : A mix of Galaga and Arkanoid two old school games, for the younger generations alien invasion and brick breaker. The game needs more work but if you are a fan of arcade games particularly old school arcade games you may want to check this one out.
Pros:

Music is on track for the genre
The combination of games is nice
Movement of the platform is smooth
Stages are quick
Generous amount of lives per stage

Cons:

Title screen needs work
No in game tutorial
No explanation or key on what items do
Ball doesnt seem to bounce as expected, at least when compared to the old games

Suggestions:

Fix the cons
Add more enemies and "weapons"
It's a good game, its easy and simple to understand and isnt to hard to get into. But You should add more power ups for people to use, as well as making the game harder as time passes or having a way for the player to set how hard the game will be for them and you should add in different kinds of enemies that do different things from the ones already in the game to make it harder for the player, or you could give the enemies abilities or power ups of there own.

a little mindless fun but still got a few things to pull you in and focuse up, cant wait to see how it improves, will say there are a few graphical hiccups but nothing to ground breaking , give it a shot if you got 4 bucks and a little free time!

It's a cool mix of shooting space ships and breaking bricks. The level don't take too long, so it's a fun challenge when you don't have much time. The game has different campaigns with different art styles, which are nice to explore. But check it out yourself.
