That was scary, I also liked that the game has diffrent endings.

So let's start at the beginning. After starting the game and 10 seconds into it, I thought I was going to throw up in this corn and get seasick. Then we get to the house, where you can't even watch TV, what's the deal? What was that for? Then we go outside again, and now it's not corn, it's fucking woods and the same gagging. All in all, if you want to get seasick and you're a masochist, this game is for you.

I was waiting so long to play this game and it turned out to be pretty damn boring and bad.I would recommend anyone playing this game.this game is literally a walking simulator.

This game stinks to high heavens, I gave it an hour to do anything, and it's literally just wasting your time. There's nothing interesting or scary, it's not creating an atmosphere, it's just wasting your time. You have to walk to work for a long time, you have stock shelves for a long time, you have to walk back home, you have to do all of this twice, and what does it lead to? Nothing. Nothing happens. It could just start with the delivery job that they make you do for the next eternity. I can't tell you what happens beyond that. If I absolutely have to say something positive, it's that it looks kinda nice. The headbob can be kinda obnoxious, but I was fine with it. All the assets look neat and cohesive. With all this, it doesn't achieve any atmosphere or anything. The soundscape is lacking, it's playing the same spooky ambient over nothing happening from the very beginning, so at no point do I feel that there's actually anything threatening going on. It managed to jump me a couple of times with cheap fakeout jumpscares. This feels like a PS1 style indie horror version of those Asylum films, that try to cash in on a more popular product by tricking people into buying it. In this case Stay Out Of The House, which is a fantastic PS1 style indie horror. I was expecting a game about a scary murdering farmer, but I got an avant garde experiment in testing the limits of my patience. I lost.

I wanted to like this game. The atmosphere was decent and the jumpscares were well timed but...... The amount of driving and walking in the game is absurd and feels like FILLER for the game. There were no options to change brightness either and no direction for a majority of the game. THE GAME IS TOO DARK, My chat couldn't the majority of the game. -ActuallyCodyJudah

man this game is bad while it does look nice and similar to the puppet combo this game is basically a walking sim / driving sim. game starts with you walking a pretty long distance to your job at the store and then back to your house 2 times btw while nothing happens for both except on the second time when you see one guy sitting down. then when I got into the dream forest I got lost and by the time I got to the driving part I got lost even longer because all the roads twist and turn different directions with nothing to tell you where you are and you can't turn on your cars headlights even a guy says hes going to give you a map so you don't get lost but you don't get a map LOL you only get a marker thats deep in the forest and you have to figure your way there all while everything looks the same 99% of my playtime was either getting lost or doing the long chore list two times at the store the level design in this game is horrible and made me more annoyed than scared I swear I was gonna fall asleep from holding down the W key most the game. Dev had potential in this game and the skill to make it good but it feels like they made it this way so you can't refund it by inflating the playtime but I refunded it anyway since I got so bored gameplay vid https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UdkgRZ-jEwE

my first time leaving a bad review but avoid this game at all cost. you spend most of your time driving. i was looking forward a little bit since playing the prologue.if the developer would remove the maze dreams sequence and long boring drive it would be been an okay but. but no i wouldnt recommend the game to anyone.

Even at a $7 price point this game isnt worth the value, its more of a driving simulator with the scares coming from the vehicle going off the road and blowing your ears out.
