Unless you're given it free or getting it for a *massive* discount, don't bother. It amounts to a handful of melee fights and ten statues to locate. You'll spend more time running down paths on the island than you will on the rest of the content. A missed opportunity that could have been expanded into something quiet interesting or left as a very short side-quest as part of the main game.

Incredibly short but fun, has a cheesy 80's Kung Fu movie aesthetic.
Story is nonexistant though and there is no bearing on the main story, even taking part on a separate island.
Watch out for traps and drink responsibly.

There are many good things in this add-on, like new story, new combat styles, new outfits, new island. This is one of the best things that you can buy for this game. I gave only a 9 because even though there are many new things, they seem to be of somewhat mediocre quality, but still, a great addition. Recommended

My favorite of the three DLC's I bought, but also the most annoying. Being a Bruce Lee fan, this game played very much and looked very much like his movei "Enter The Dragon". Man owns island, has a tournament at the island, you must fight the man.
A few new moves and instresting twists and turns. You fight a few battles and then find out you have been betrayed and musy fight your friends as well in a pit. This is the annyoing part as you literally have maybe 90 seconds to beat 4 tough and 2 not so tough opponents. I must have gone thru this 35-40 times before i finally beat it. Was a major pain in my ass. Alot of people who got this quit because the couldn't beat it and got tired of trying. Was not much fun.
But when you get to the last fight, it was pretty tough. Very tight learning curve as he can counter alot of your moves and vice versa. You just have to figure out the counters in the game. Took me a few tries but was a pretty cool fight. About another 3-4 hours here. Good at the right price.

A small and short quest-line that involves a martial arts tournament on a island featuring a number of characters that feature other popular martial arts. Sound familiar?
On top of the new outfits, some providing buffs, and some changes your fighting style.

Sleeping Dogs: Zodiac Tournament is DLC for Sleeping Dogs which adds a new area to the game. In this area, Wei Shen travels to an island to participate in a martial arts tournament which is played out in older kung-fu movie style. Most of the fighters exhibit different fighting styles from those which are present in the main game, which makes for an interesting change of pace. All in all, this is a nice little DLC which can be added to the game to provide a little more of a light-hearted distraction from the main story. That being said, it's rather short, so factor that into your price point.
