I was looking forward to playing this game and learning the mechanics. But I guess this game isn't for me. The manual is spread out across several small tutorials available on a web page but in game, the mechanics just didn't click for me. A lot of mechanics are not explained well in-game with no pop up hints or anything else to help you figure out how things are working. Combat happens quickly and I have no idea if I am succeeding or getting my butt kicked.
Other users seems to have figure most of the mechanics but I guess this game just wasn't for me. Some sound-effects in game would have lent some semblance of familiarity with other strategy games. eg. such as having a sound play when clicking on a unit. Devs seemed to have had some roadmap laid out after release but feels like a lot of bugs have not been addressed and probably won't be at this point.
