If you really like playing as America then you might find this useful. Otherwise there's no need for it. -You rarely see the sprites themselves. Its a grand strategy game where you look at a map what are you gonna do? Zoom in as much as you can and look at some units? Once or twice sure but not any more then that. No real need for the DLC.

Trash. If you add political factors to a game, you will spoil it. Paradox not only do this, but also never listen to players. If you buy this game, you can do nothing, including refund, when Paradox add something you don't like to it. Paradox Interactive should close down.

Units look very nice for Victoria II quality, my only gripe is that the uniforms represented were not adopted until after the Mexican-American war. But w/e

This is only relevant for you if you want some new unit models and animations. It is nothing to special, but still nice to look at. Get it on sale if you want it, but there is no need to get it at full price.

The sprites do in fact change so that's pretty good. It does what it says. These reviews don't matter people will just buy every DLC at once, the bundle discount cancels out the price of the sprite packs, why am I even typing this? Oh yeah, this only has 4 reviews in 8 years so I feel special. I think I'm supposed to ask for Victoria 3 now.
