This is a relaxing game to spend time with when you need a break from the more stressful games. Highly recommend.

I wish Steam had some kind of can’t decide button.
In Danish it’s called “fnøh”.
Something that it is neither good nor bad.
I’ve got all the other games in the series, and thought that I would have loves this one too.
I kind of – and then didn’t.
I’m halfway through.
It’s a new game, and of course there are bugs: If you are freeing one on the main characters, you can’t see it. You just have to use them anyway. I can live with that, guess they are fixing that soon.
But some of the puzzles - the connecting of the crystals -are beyond my comprehension. It seems to me, they are random and therefore it’s impossible to get the level in time. It maybe just me – but still annoying
It still gets votes up, because the series is so damn good. But this one is trickier, than previously games
You have been warned ...
PS:
Ahh - I cracked the code. The game is funny - buy it!

It's not bad.
If I remember right, the soup pot you need for the last achievement is on level 16. Look for a snow level with a bird.

Love the characters and trying to figure the strategy for each game. Make more!

I like resource management games, always have. Occasionally, you get a frustrating level but you keep trying, even finding a video online to help you. Not here. And I'm not willing to compromise difficulty modes just to "pass."
I'm all for a challenge but floundering around repeatedly, adjusting this, collecting that only to find you still don't have enough of some resource and then having that cuckoo timer go off over and over again sucks all the fun out of what would otherwise be a pretty enjoyable game.
Don't get me wrong: it's cute. And Normal mode is def. doable. But in Hard mode, it's downright annoying. Better luck next time, I guess.

This is a casual time management game where you need to complete 50 levels to unlock all the achievements. It takes about 11 hours to complete the game and unlock all the achievements. Most achievements are unlock by just playing the game.
The art style and gameplay is really nice and it is a nice way to waste some time while you are waiting on something else.

I give this a pinkie-finger up. It doesn't get a down because it works without bugs and all achievements are doable and possible, plus the game itself no longer cares if you find the hidden object owl that's not well hidden on every few levels. Plus the overarching story was coherent and wasn't lazy (eg Loki was framed by the actual villain) and there were some innovative laser-beam puzzles.
But i found the game tedious and I'm not sure I'll ever replay it, the way I might replay Viking Brothers 3 or Viking Uncles 5 or Viking Cousins 43. Or Viking Neighbors 22 or Viking Navy Detectives 37. I think the game is just not balanced very well, and suffers from the same problems as Viking Astronauts 14 and Viking Newspaper Reporters 29, though it still remains better than the serie's low-water mark, the ineptly written Jane Jensens' Viking Antique Dealers.
