This DLC gets a 2/10 from me, read the full review here:
Dishonored is a phenomenal game, with fantastic world-building, a beautiful art style, and great game-play that both rewards a complete stealth playthrough and creative thinking and is made to accommodate and challenge also a complete visceral playthrough and has excellent level design, which is open and lets you complete a mission in the way you want to! However, this DLC ruins the effort and challenge of the game by giving you lots of free stuff, whether that will be free Bone Charms or free slots to put set upgrades. Because of this, the challenge of searching and finding Bone Charms alongside making the decision to invest in Bone Charm slot upgrades at Piero Joplin instead of investing in other upgrades! And this DLC is clearly not the vision that Raphael Colantonio nor any member of Arkane Studios wanted; this DLC is a cash grab forced to be made by Bethesda just so they can get more money. I would recommend with all my soul Dishonored; it's a fantastic game, but this DLC alongsidethe Dunwall City Trials DLC is completely worthless! Buy the original game and only The Knife of Dunwall and The Brigmore Witches DLC if you want the true and pure Dishonored experience!

Reviewing (mostly) every game (or DLC) in my library, part 157:
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️☆☆☆ (7/10)
Dishonored – Void Walker’s Arsenal is less a traditional expansion and more a collection of quality-of-life boosts bundled together. This DLC gathers four small packs—Acrobatic Killer, Arcane Assassin, Backstreet Butcher, and Shadow Rat—each offering a mix of bone charms, consumables, and small gameplay tweaks. There’s no new story content or missions here, just tools to help you customize Corvo’s playstyle from the very start.
It’s niche, sure. But if you're diving into Dishonored for a second or third time (or trying higher difficulties). it gives you a slight edge and a more flexible early-game
🧃 Pros:

Extra bone charms from the start. You get unique bone charms that aren’t available in the base game, some of which offer really useful benefits—faster chokeouts, reduced fall damage, improved loot drops, or more effective stealth movement. These aren't overpowered, but they let you personalize your build right away.

More potions and gear at the start. Each pack provides some extra elixirs, coins, and crossbow bolts when beginning a new campaign. This gives you breathing room on higher difficulties and a little less stress when managing early-game resources.

Powers rebalanced for replayability. Some bone charms subtly tweak how you use powers like Blink or Dark Vision, encouraging alternative tactics. It makes low-chaos or non-lethal runs slightly more engaging if you're trying to change up your usual routine.

Good for challenge runs. Void Walker's Arsenal is ideal for players experimenting with Ghost runs, no powers, or high chaos—you can lean into specific buffs and see how they affect your strategy.
🪙 Cons:

No new story or content. There are no missions, no new areas, no lore additions, just loadout tweaks. For players looking for narrative expansion, this will be underwhelming.

Feels like pre-order fluff. The DLC feels more like an incentive than a real expansion. On sale or in the Definitive Edition it's fine, but it would be frustrating if sold standalone.

Can slightly unbalance the early game. Having better bone charms and more consumables right out of the gate makes early missions easier, which can undercut tension and resource management, especially for first-timers.

Minimal impact overall. After the first few missions, you likely won't notice the differences much. Most of the charms are nice-to-haves, not game-changers.
