TLDR: Three out of the four golden weapon reskins are weapons that I actually use.
Support Specialist Combat Shotgun: Not used because of low magazine capacity and long reload
Commando AK-47: Used because Commando is versatile enough to use the AK-47 with the SCARMK17 or FNFAL ACOG in their loadouts
Berserker Katana: Used because of very fast attack speed
Demolition M79: Used because of crowd control

the weapon skins love to flood the shop where you might accidentally buy a gun you didn't want. these prices with egregious 11 years ago, and they still are. don't buy kf3.

Some brand new weapons for people to enjoy.
It's mostly just a brand new skin pack, though.
These new weapons do look cool, that is true.
But they simply won't give you extra playtime.
I usually just hate cosmetic DLC's like this one.
They truly won't increase the overall playtime.
And therefore, It's kind of pointless to have it.
Sure, It makes you look a bit cooler, whatever.
Unless you are rich, you really don't need this.
Why did I get this? To support the developers.
Killing floor has received a ton of free content.
There's a lot of free events and great updates.
And I think they do deserve that extra money.
Yeah, cosmetics are a very lazy way to earn it.
But supporting those developers is important.
With that being said: I give a negative review.
And why? Because I simply dislike cosmetics.
I can't recommend something I didn't enjoy.
As I said: I bought this DLC to support them.
But that doesn't mean I have to like the DLC.
The base game has a lot of weapons as well.
It's a way to give 'more' money to the devs.
But other than that, It isn't anything special.

8$ for 4 golden skins, 2 of which are for guns you spawn with They don't look that bad, but it's definitely not worth it for the price.

This is a neat little cosmetic expansion to Killing Floor. Truly, this pack is not worth the price normally and I would recommend buying it on sale and/or in a bundle to save money on something that you could get for free if you looked hard enough. The only good reasons for wanting this is if someone wanted to collect all of the Killing Floor DLC or if they are that crazy about gold colored weapons.

Got this as part of the bundle. Since I play on lower settings, the guns just look like they have a bland brownish hue to them.
But from seeing my friends' screenshots, I can imagine these guns to look fantastic if I played on an actual gaming PC instead of my toaster of a laptop.

The Golden Weapons Pack for [url=http://steamcommunity.com/id/trar/recommended/1250]Killing Floor[/url] (not just the AK47) is entirely cosmetic and looks really nice, but is also really overpriced. Buy on sale if you seek style.
Think of them like Call of Duty's golden guns, except they're in a game that's actually worth using them in - and they don't take nearly as much work to acquire.
There is also a [url=http://steamcommunity.com/id/trar/recommended/210944/]second pack[/url] of golden weapons available for purchase if you want even more gold, which I never quite liked as much as the first. I actually wouldn't strictly recommend [i]either[/i] with the release of Killing Floor 2, but for any KF1 enthusiasts, the golden weapons are the best-looking cosmetic weapon DLC.
