Can confirm it did work on non-vr titles. I've just tried it on Oculus Quest 2 tethered and air link. I couldn't change the Steam VR to Openruntime (even with Steam VR Beta enabled) as the main one. Ended up sticking with Oculus Rift method. Once Tethered or Air Linked launch, Percnops, then the game of your choice.
Also, important when using Percnops click through the double arrows >> for further instruction. Especially when using the racing wheel, sticking the hands to wheels definelty made it easier instead of trying to grab them freely. lol
It worked well with Forza 5 Horizon after some remapping.
