So called skills when its just point and click, 1 dimensional gameplay, you get softlocked if you dont do what the game wants you to do resulting in a full restart and not even 90s platformer games's knockback is this bad

A really cool proof of concept with a fair price. Would love to see the mechanic expanded and fleshed out. It could be something really special some day.

Agent In-Depth delivers a thrilling gameplay experience with its diverse strategic approaches, ranging from stealth finesse to bold tactics. The level design not only encourages exploration but also invites players to experiment, ensuring an engaging and dynamic adventure.
Visually, the game is a masterpiece, immersing players in a meticulously crafted world that is as stunning as it is detailed. The accompanying soundtrack and sound design add a cinematic touch, heightening the suspense and further enriching the overall atmosphere. I really enjoyed this game and hope to see more from the developer in the near future.

Fast-Paced and high tension action. Very Polished. Clever level design that pushes you to feel strategic. Great speedrun possibility with in-game leaderboard.
Also, the price is mad cheap for it's quality. I definitely suggest it to all of the fast paced action lovers!

It might become something fun in time but right now it's both too simple and too difficult. Having to start from the beginning after every death isn't punishing, it's lazy. I'd like to see right mouse button be a slow-mo effect in the future. Something to flesh this game out a little!
Also giving this a downvote because the developer put 20 tags on this game, about 15 of which are irrelevant. Action RTS? Shoot 'Em Up? Hero Shooter? Come on dude. But this is Steam's fault too. Ever since they started letting developers put 20 tags on their own games, the whole tag system has gone to hell. 4/10

The game has a very good core loop and an excellent sense of progression. Rushing through the levels while parrying bullets left and right feels satisfying.
It starts as a puzzle game, initially you won't find yourself dashing through obstacles killing stuff, but trying to come up with a plan mid-flight while trying to dodge bullets. After the initial run game slowly transforms from a puzzle game to an action game as consecutive replays become a challenge of trying to execute the plans you made in your first run better and better.
I also like how there are multiple ways of going through each level, you can go through levels in ways that don't even feel intended. the mechanics and enemies work in a certain way in which if you think something might work, it probably will work. The controls and the way enemies work have a certain level of sloppiness to them, but after you get used to it, nothing about it feels annoying or unfair.
Not having a save system might seem scary but trust me, you don't need it. My first run took me around 45 minutes, the second one took around 10 minutes, then 6, after which point I completely forgot the no save thingy.
Overall it's a cool little game with an extreme level of replayability.
10/10, truly makes you feel like an agent that is below the surface or something
