10/10 recommend. Why?
I got this game because it seemed to offer a fresh take on build complexity and variety (ohhh, and how it does). Then I saw the passives tree (yes, there are even class perks later). Then I saw the price (yes - my jaw, too, dropped in the form of a "???").
Now, 2 months later, I can share how I spent my time playing this monster of a game:
1.) "Completing" the game. Getting to know the various systems. Pure fun; non-stop action.
2.) Delving deeper into the systems. Discovering new things all the time. You can re-gear very quickly, incl. skills and skill support mechanics. Very cool!
3.) Extremely pleasant "loot-craft-upgrade-rethink-try something new-loot" cycle.
All in all, hours spent not knowing what to do: one. This is roughly the load time after running the game 1000 times xD
This game goes a lot deeper than it seems at first sight. And that is an understatement, if you ask me. It also has a very characteristic charm, as others have pointed out. I have talked to a few people playing it, incl. the dev. They're all polite and interested in what this game will turn out to be. To me personally, considering everything...
...it's a masterpiece already.

Fun idea and the price of 1 euro can be considered as very cheap.
There's just one problem... Path Of Exile is free!
This is a pixel art copy with the only difference being your character auto attacks the closest target.
The positive reviews made me think this offered something extra, but it doesn't.
PoE does everything (yes everything) better and it's free. Graphics, music, sound, loot, enemies, bosses, balance etc.
Why anyone would choose to pay 1 euro to play this inferior copy boggles my mind.
This could have been an idea floating in someones head but that idea should have been discarded just as quick.
I might consider giving this a thumbs up if the dev actually comes with an update on this EA title with a MAJOR graphical overhaul, cause this just hurts my eyes.
Also, the "music" in this game is just sound of wind on a very short loop. Very repetitive and plain boring.
I would give the dev the benefit of the doubt if it hadn't been over a year since the last update.
I'd recommend to steer clear of this, even for 1 euro, and just play PoE instead.
