This game would be alot better if there wasn't an endless string of environmental hazards, really ruins the game. Plus the very first boss just runs at you, stuns you in an AOE effect that constantly damages you while also getting destroyed by the environmental hazards.
If you want to play a fun roguelike, get Vampire Survivor or Death Must Die.
