For maybe a Dev's 1st game, this short little run-for-your-life horror game it's surprisingly fun! Play as a magical girl in some monster infested otherworld Japan, get to the maze, destroy it & escape [spoiler] with the injured ally [/spoiler]. The giant whale-head monster is a great design and running through the maze is tense, but not too punishing. Just gotta hide & make a mad dash when you think it's safe.
It's tense in those moments, but the cute magical girls keep it fun. Love the blood & gore too!
The concept of a guild of magical girls going on missions to stop monsters, and without offensive spells like fireballs, is really interesting to me. Inspired a Beguiler's Guild for D&D!
