I can't do it !
It is clear that 0 fluent English speakers worked on this game. Translation is just horrible and is very clunky to read, a combination of very basic grammatical errors and obscure vocabulary use that ranges from confusing to complete nonsense.
In-game text:
"Perhaps I should have dressed up, as many people judge you by your clothes first. But on the other hand... We definitely will not get together with modern ladies, obsessed with the fashion industry and care for the looks, and it is better to dot the i's and cross the t's immediately. "
Huh?? HUH???? What is that even supposed to mean in this context?? To dot I's and cross T's means to do something meticulously, carefully, and without flaw. Ironic!!
The English voice actors also do not speak English fluently, there are plenty of mispronunciations and misreadings present in the audio. It also barely comes across as acting in some parts, the voice cadence of many sentences sound like the speaker is simply reading individual words from a teleprompter and has no idea where the rest of the sentence is going or what the meaning of it is.
I bought it on sale for $5 and I feel cheated. They should pay me $5 for caring more about the English version of this game than they did.

Recommended but with some reservations.
One Eleven is a 'whodunit' type visual novel. Our character, Hugh, goes on a speed dating event that happens in a venue on an island. However, just after the event finishes, a terrible storm begins, destroying the only bridge leading to the island, so we're all cut off from the rest of the world for the night. But that's only the start of our nightmares, because soon enough we discover that one of us has been killed and there's a killer among us.
It is a pretty great idea to have this kind of mix of a murder mystery story surrounding a group of 12 people and some romance building. Moreover, the order in which the characters become victims is semi-random each time you play, which really increases replay value. A single playthrough isn't too long and so it's not a chore to replay the game and try some other decisions.
After having played through the game multiple times and trying out different options, I can say the following. The way the game creates a variety of events that can occur is impressive, although the story still is pretty linear, and the same sequence of main events will occur regardless of what you do (aside from the game over and early endings). And unfortunately this does mean that the plot of the game is a lot more on the rails than it seems at first glance. Despite being given so many choices and even chances to freely roam the area at times, you'll still find yourself powerless to stop any of the killings, and you'll just be watching characters around you die one by one, at times due to illogical actions. In a situation like this, you'd think the most logical thing would be for everyone to stick together, but many characters still split up and go off somewhere on their own because the plot requires it.
In addition to that, considering this game is partially a romance-building story, it's actually impossible to get a happy ending with every girl that can be romanced as some of them will inevitably die at some point during the main plot, maybe not at the first event that semi-randomly chooses the victim, but surely on one of the others. For this reason, it's a bit disappointing that I couldn't really keep my initially chosen woman alive because it eventually came to a choice of either getting a game over due to me being killed or letting her die to move the plot along, and no other choices being available at all (although I found the only way to keep her alive to the end was to get an earlier ending that can happen about half-way through the story, but then you don't get to find out who the killer is and it didn't feel like a proper conclusion to the story).
Mostly, you don't have to solve the murder mystery if you don't wish to, although you can go around and gather clues that can help you later on. And there aren't really any puzzles or mini-games, aside one, which is very poorly executed and would require a lot of trial and error and several game overs before you finally succeed. (Depending on your choices, you might not necessarily come across it)
The game does create a pretty amazing atmosphere though with the use of incredibly stylish art of the characters, and a highly interesting use of colour, with each character having their own unique colour. The moody music also really helps to increase the sense of mystery once the murder plot begins. And then there's voice acting...
So the game can be played in two languages - English and Russian. Unfortunately I've found that English voice acting is pretty subpar and below average, and clearly feels that it was spoken by non-native speakers. So merely half an hour into the game, I couldn't stand it as it was pulling me out of the game. So I started the game over from the beginning in Russian (lucky for me, I can understand it). The Russian voice acting is much better. So if you can understand Russian, just play in Russian. If you can't, you might have to endure the English voice acting, or switch voice acting to Russian but keep text in English (kind of like watching a foreign movie with subtitles).
I would say though that overall I enjoyed the premise and had a fun time playing through this game, but I have a few disappointments about its execution. It's a pretty ambitious idea, with a tonne of potential. And I won't say that the execution failed, but it kind of delivered the idea halfway, and I feel some aspects could've been done a bit better. Some plot points could've been given a bit more time to bake, and in some instances we could've been given more choice on how to act or what to say. It's understandable though that the game was made by a very small indie dev team, and what they've achieved with this game is pretty spectacular. I think they certainly should feel proud of their work. And perhaps with a bit more budget, they could've executed this idea to its full potential.
Not to forget, make sure to buy the 18+ content DLC as well if you want the additional romance scenes with the ladies that are spicy and hot.
