really dumb but fun open world platformer and the devs have a good sense of humor. Not a brain dead easy game but anything that at first appears challenging always feels doable and fair

This game is a traumatic tale taking you to places High and Low, A masterclass in storytelling and should be used as a reference for more grand adventures. This game has changed me as a man and made me whole again.

Squirrel with a Gun is simple and stupid—but in the best way possible. You play as a squirrel, running around causing chaos with a gun in hand. The concept is as absurd as it sounds, and the game embraces that with full energy. It’s not deep or complex, but it’s ridiculously fun. The mechanics are straightforward, and the world is filled with wacky moments that make you laugh and shake your head at how over-the-top it is. It’s definitely not trying to be anything more than what it is, and that’s part of the charm.

20 hours to beat the game and get every item. Was very entertained. Well written, amusing, and worth the money.

What a stupid premise for a game...I fucking love it! Incredible from beginning to end. Also, whether you play this or not, you should watch Jacksepticeye's playthrough on this! Super fun time hahah More games like this please!!

This is a great game! Cute and fun! You are essentially a squirrel with a gun going around town collecting acorns, outfits, and there is an antogonist called “Daddy” who is a man in a black suit that is after you with his henchman! lmao

A spectacular game with a deep meaning and complex plot. Everyone's waiting for a new Smash Bros Game. Well, the only crossover game I want to see is one where The Squirrel With a Gun and DEEEER join forces to fight Ronald Rump and his army of Knife-Wielding Crabs before they take over the Neo Aquarium, all with the Goat from Goat Simulator as a DLC Character.

Hilarious game but also super fun. definitely worth it and they update it regularly. this is a must have.

Let's be honest about one thing first. Yes, the concept for this game is so stupid, and in turn the game is stupid. HOWEVER, this game recognizes that and plays along with it perfectly. It doesn't take itself "too" seriously at any point but is still grounded to the point it never feels like its gone off the rails. Now as far as the game-play and the mechanics...oh boy. This game has some of the most solid mechanics I've seen in a long time. All of the odd quirky mechanics you would expect from a squirrel firing a double barrel shotgun feel perfectly rounded. For example, you get launched backwards from recoil and at first it feels like you're getting thrown around at random but its actually a very consistent and predictable result that with a little getting used to becomes second nature. These are the solid mechanics that you can learn to trust to help carry you through whatever the game throws at you you next. This is exactly what i always expect and want from a game. A relatively short learning curve that rewards you with a solid game-play experience once learned. I can not recommend this game highly enough.
