Recommended with caveats. Please read notes below. It has the bare bones to be a decent Zurvival game if the Dev can stay on point and not get frustrated and abandon the game. The overall mechanics are good. it plays like the other UE poly games like DeadPoly and SurrounDead both of which I own and enjoy. The controls are not complicated, movement is smooth and the game runs great. Some issues I noted while playing: Main map is very limited. You have one "city" to explore and that is it. Many of the buildings have fluff decoration in them but very few loot containers. Major POIs like the Hospital are completely empty. Vast majority of containers are empty. Most of the vehicles and major containers need lock picks to open. First time I spawned in was near a farm that had radioactive zombies in it. Died from radiation exposure before I could get away from them. Tutorial needs some work, for example I picked up a note and was told to use R to read it. So I hit the R key on my keyboard and nothing happened. Took me awhile to find out you needed to mouse over the R on the screen to actually read the note. I think this could be a good game. I want it to be a good game. But I have been burned by EA games like this before being abandoned by devs who don't follow through with promises. So I refunded for now, but will be watching to see how things progress. If this does not become abandonware in the next year and continues to improve I will be back to add it to my library.
