120hrs into this game... and then they just ruin it. Unfortunate. The game -I-played? Recommend. THIS version of the game? Nah.

When I give no input on my xbox controller makes the game auto fire gun. I've tried multiple fixes but this game is unplayable on controller. No other game I've played has this issue.

wow. this is absolutely ridiculous. Seriously do not buy this, One of the worst ports I have ever played, the performance is terrible and inconsistent, full of weird bugs that don't make sense that weren't in the original, i have 1.9 hours in this version, ALL OF IT was in the introduction due to crashed. Oh and in case you thought "oh i don't care about a few performance issues i'll get SR4 with workshop support!" well you'll be disappointing to learn they BROKE it with updates, basically all clothing mods will crash your game, i feel like i should have been paid for playing this joke.

Good fun, the Crackdown sequel we never really got. Some of the humour is dated but other bits still work. Better than SR3 and possibly SR1, not as good as the GOAT SR2.

Being able to do almost anything in this world is fun as hell, the jokes are actually funny, they don't try to hard to try to please their audience they just know what you want. That also includes the horny bait.

I loved this game, now I can't play this game. The game keeps telling me I don't have enough storage space despite the fact that I have over 400GB of hard drive space available. When did this happen? When did Epic games add a boot strapper, the whole thing is fucked now.

The game is absolutely fun, non-sensical and cool. I didn't understand the story for about 80% of the game. Last time I played, I tried playing coop, but for unknown reasons my friend could either not join or simply not stay in the game. 7/10 reduced my score for the lack of coop gameplay I experienced.

Unplayable after all. The game has been terribly ported and the performance is very inconsistent. Forever loading, frequently crashing, consistently lacking, keeping asking if you want to connect to EPIC store, just pick your poison. Even my Lossless Scaling program refuses to work with it. Every single time I started scaling, the program closed itself automatically. Well, even the yellow duck does not want to work with this game! Besides these poor performances, the game itself is 'OK'. Not too good, but also not too bad. It is a fun game that you can just sit back and enjoy. Forget everything you have perceived from Saints Row 2 and 3. In this game, you are just superhuman fighting with aliens. You don't need a gun or car anymore. Your abilities will be their replacement. It completely loses a sense of whatever Saints Row 2 and 3 gave you. So, don't expect it to be a perfect sequel. It's just something new.

Saints Row 4 was a great game when it came out. Now it has Epic Games built into it, for some ungodly reason. It pops up every 20 seconds in game, asking me to confirm my account details. You can hit cancel, you can close the window, you can even go into the task manager and stop every EPIC related task...and it will pop up again in 20 seconds. Oh and even when you close it, your controls lock up when you re-enter the game. If you were in the middle of driving and you need to avoid a sudden turn? You're locked into driving forward for just long enough to slam into the building you could've easily avoided. I can't even go back and play the old version of SR4 without this crap. I WOULD return the game at this point if I could. I never signed up for this. And the game I loved is unplayable now.
