A very cool game. You get through it easily at the beginning, and then you actually have to head up. Co-op works very well and playing with others is actually fun. Probably due to the very simple but charming graphics and level idea. I must also add that the game has a lovely soundtrack.

I really loved the combination of a tower defence with overcooked-like dynamics and cooperation. Game really shines when played with friends, we had a blast. The graphics are rather simple but stylised to fit the aestethics and feels of the game. Different styles and terrain mechanics for each level ensures that the gameplay does not become repetetive and boring.

Crafting + Tower Defense Gameplay like mixture of Overcooked and Unrailed Great concept, worthwhile, minimalist graphics, fun

Good couch-coop + online play hybrid. There are not enough games like this that support a hybrid system like this - similar to the Overcooked series. The controls are a little tricky to get used to, but once you are comfortable with them, the game is a blast!

Lacks polish. Imprecise game controls. Tutorial unclear. Levels not very fun. Heavily influenced by Overcooked, which is fine, just not well executed.

Bought it for the multiplayer, both of us couldn't even make it into the game and trying to join each other would freeze. Audio would break if you tried to change volumes and it would go in and out of full screen at will. Cant say how to game play is because the game wouldn't load that far.

very frustrating but in a way that adds to the fun. always grabbing the wrong thing on accident, throwing your resources off the edge on accident. its really fun with a group.

Bought this game for myself and 3 friends while it was on sale. As of right now (2022/12/24), it is a lot of fun with some rough edges. For a passion project from only two people, I'm very happy with the purchase, and we had a good experience. Overcooked + tower defense = Just Sign!

Unfortunately, as much as i'd like to support potentially fun couch coop game, the game was released prematurely with too many problems. Gamepad controls are frustrating in the menu. You can't use dpad and can only move it with left joystick, even that only moves it by one option so if you want to go to options, you have move joystick down and back 6 times. On top of that it moves my windows cursor with it on top of the screen. Other than that, there is no indication how to move across menus, like in the controls screen - There is big white sign to switch to Gamepad Controls, but clicking it does nothing and i had to use controller joystick to finally look at gamepad controls. Another problem is, as someone used to overcooked and games in similar genre, i am used to having button A to pick up stuff and X to work with it. While this is clearly inspired by such games, they still decided to make default controls exact opposite. That would not have been a problem as i can change controls in the options - except remapping does nothing at all so you are basically forced to forget intuitive controls and learn exact opposite of it. I like the idea this game offers, but execution is very poor.. 10 minutes turned me from excited about new couch coop game to never wanting to launch it again... there are such fundamental problems with this that should have been fixed and tested way before releasing this game. I'd be hoping this would get fixed shortly after release but seeing that this was released in August 2022, i don't see it happening & refunding it. If anything changes with the game, feel free to leave a comment on this review and i'll happily re-buy it and reconsider my opinion. But until then... Game in this state is not worthy of releasing and putting price tag on.

I found this game on Cooptimus, I play 4 person co-op games all the time so I was very interested. It's overcooked, but tower defense. With coop (including online) up to 4. Unfortunately I cannot recommend. I hate to give a hard time to an indie dev's very first game. So I'm going to try to keep this constructive. The user interface could use some fixing. The audio controls literally do nothing. Can turn Master and Sound Effects all the way down and sound effects will still play at full volume. With Master and Music all the way up there is no music. If you don't have the budget for music, maybe remove that slider? Also, you can only get to those settings from the main menu, it would be nice to be able to change sound settings while in the pause menu. The keyboard inputs cannot be remapped. And the default inputs are bad. Since this game is so much like overcooked, why not just go look at the overcooked key mappings? Spacebar for use is fine, but e for pickup and drop is awkward when you are using asdw for movement. It's hard to move forward or right while trying to pickup or drop. In Overcooked they use Control and Alt instead. Regarding the name, I cannot figure out what it has to do with the game. You aren't doing anything with signs. Maybe something was lost in translation? Also, when you beat a level it says Contract Fulfilled, did someone give me a contract to do this level? Maybe just say level complete? I managed to soft lock the first level twice. I put a box with 2 planks in it on the saw. Then I added a third plank and it crafted a turret. I then placed the turret in the top left spot. Then I crafted a second turret and that triggered the prompt to put a turret in the top left corner. But there was already a turret there, and I cannot move or tear down the existing turret. Wave won't start on the first level unless you trip that trigger. The second time I was chopping wood from the trunk from the left and it was flying towards the saw. One piece landed on the saw, and the other landed in front of it. I picked up the piece in front of the saw and both pieces visually disappeared with only one piece going into my hands. However it would not let me put anything on the saw (or take anything off the saw). Therefore I could not craft additional turrets because the invisible piece of raw wood was filling up the saw. It would also be good to steal a few more of the subtle quality of life things from overcooked. In this game it is possible to get too close to a piece of wood on the ground and not be able to pick it up. Also, you can set a piece of raw wood under a crate, which is confusing. It would be better if you try to set something where an item already is that they swap. If you try to put a crate on top of a plank, it will literally go on top of the plank, not combine them. One thing that is borrowed from overcooked that seems unnecessary is, if you leave an item on the saw for too long it gets destroyed. Having something get overcooked is core to overcooked and makes sense. In this game getting oversawed doesn't really make sense. And the monsters should provide enough incentive not to leave items on the saw. The TAB button pulls up the recipes. That key bind is fine. But you have to hold it down. And even when you do, it only takes up a tiny portion of the screen. Maybe have it be a toggle button to show/hide. I'd recommend making the tutorial slightly easier. It's not hard, but if you're just learning the controls and gameplay, a tutorial is generally supposed to be very easy. Also, maybe make the tutorial level optional. And it might be good to add one more level to the free demo instead of only the tutorial.
