I knew there would be something off, when I saw "This game is best played on the gamepad" intro,
and, unfortunately, I was right.
If not for that small thing, this game would be a masterpiece.
Q: Would I recommend? A: Absolutely (if you have a controller, that is).

The game is very responsive and fluid.
Stable FPS, not a single stutter or FPS drop. The smoothest game I've ever played.
*The FPS is limited to 160, even though you can set it to 240 in settings... Nevertheless, 160 is more than enough!

1) Controls are not optimized for PC
Some scenes (like, with sandwhales) are almost impossible without a controller.
If the game is on PC, it should be optimized for the PC, i.e. keyboard & mouse.
If only you could control the character movement with the mouse... Very unfortunate and disappointing.
2) No sensitivity control
This one relates to 1), because the mouse is too sensitive and the is no sensitivity control in the settings...
3) A bit repetitive
Conclusion: 9/10 (Could easily be a 10/10 masterpiece if not for poor keyboard & mouse controls).

Lovely game, very touching narrative, excellent animated cutscenes, and good music. Worldbuilding and lore were evocative but not detailed to the point of exhaustion, leaving some mystery. Got all stars and tokens in 14 hours, didn't bother with all the hats. Overall a satisfying experience, highly recommended-- closest experience would be Chicory which is also a great game. Try it!

An interesting aesthetic and very, very lovely music! It's very evident that a lot of love is put into this game. My main gripe is with the Vortex boss battle since the mechanics didn't feel great and the fight itself was tedious. Collectibles are straightforward enough to collect but some can slip through if you aren't paying attention enough. Glad I took my time with this game. ⟡ˎˊ˗

This is overall a fantastic cozy game! It definitely has not gotten the recognition/popularity it deserves!
The world's are all different, but the foundational elements of the game are grounded throughout so for the most part, you don't get too confused. I like the puzzles and the fighting aspects of the game. The story line feels slightly fragmented as of now, but I do like the concept! It is a very pretty game with unique art style as well.
The only thing I would say is that there are a couple glitches I've come across that make you have to go in and out of a world that can be frustrating, or some level design that makes things take longer to complete than necessary. But, all things to be expected for an Indie game. Overall, I would highly recommend this game especially if you like the atmosphere that Mario Galaxy and Zelda games bring!
