I have played and thoroughly enjoyed Moss (aka Moss: Book I). Now here we are, years down the line, for Book II. I remember leaving the first book with high hopes of seeing the story completed and gameplay fleshed out. Actually let's see what younger me wanted for Book II: |hr]
Pretty damn fun. I really felt like I was part of the story, I couldn't help but pet the mouse from time to time just cuz she a good peep. Needs more high fives. Now give me book two. |hr]
Well, I certainly got book two. It was even more fun, I was still very immersed in the story in several different ways... And yes, I did pet the mouse some more, because she is indeed a good peep. And yes, I got more high-fives. As expected, the graphics are charming and the music is spectacular. The story and gameplay have left nothing to be desired. Except maybe a sequel, though the loose ends a sequel could tie up are few. Regardless, that was a wonderful experience very much worth full price. If I do not find word of a sequel, I just might make up for it by seeing what else the devs have made.

Huge improvement over the first game, a grade A vr experience, in particular the last couple areas are visual masterpieces with solid gameplay to boot. Alot of blood sweat and tears into this game, buy it!

Absolutely amazing follow up to the first half of the game, easily the best non half life alyx vr game by a wide margin, I really hope that Polyarc eventually makes another narrative focused game because they are unmatched in how great this experience was

Definitely worth grabbing both Moss games for anyone with VR. The first one is good, the second one is great!

A game build specifically for VR and quite unique at that. The art design is gorgeous and the story keeps you engaged. Character animation is excellent. The puzzles are fairly easy and combat is okay. Definitely worth checking out.

An easy recommendation for anyone who enjoyed the previous game. Plenty of fun puzzles, memorable environments, as well as the terrific animation that I adored in the original Moss. Most crucially it's the grand conclusion to the game's two-part tale! I'm very much grateful to Polyarc for porting this game to PC- thankfully it doesn't exhibit the same performance trouble that the prior game's port had.

VR LIBRARY MUST HAVE GAME Amazing. High production values: art style, voice acting, story, game mechanics. Arguably even better than the first game.

Book II is an amazing sequel that picks up right where the first game left off. If you enjoyed the original this is a must-play.
Experienced on the Meta Quest 3
You can view my full video review here: https://youtu.be/r4XUdJyaw9c Moss 2 VR picks up where the original Moss left off and improves the experience in almost every aspect. It is exactly what a sequel should be. This is a must buy for VR and an instant classic. Game is about 5-7 hours long, depending on play-style. The worlds environments are highly detailed. The art-style is breath-taking. The boss fights are fun and unique. New gameplay elements are introduced at a brisk pace. The musical soundtrack is one of the best, if not the best in VR. The VOs are all done by this one wonderful voice actress. The story is even better than the original as well. Game is running on the Unreal Engine 4.2. On my RTX 3080, on high graphical settings, I was getting a steady 90 fps. Other than one bug that was easily fixed with a restart, the game was smooth and polished. You can play comfortably seated.
