This game has SO much potential and is sitting on strong bones. Its EA so obviously there's is a lack of content in general but the Dev's have a road-map that they've been sticking to and even implemented features much earlier than expected. The game is optimized well and the combat is very smooth. I'm very excited to try the new update and look forward to countless more.

Currently stuck in the portal room at the end of Athenas dungeon. The portal spawns but doesnt do anything when u interact with it. Restarted the game 15 times, uninstalled, reinstalled, still the same problem. Never touching this game again. Wasted 10 hours trying to get my new save back to where my original save was just for this to happen. And when u try to report a bug it just takes you to the voting screen to vote for new content. Also, Unstuck just puts u into the mesh half the time. If I could refund the game at this point I would. Especially considering i bought 2 copies to play with my friend. What a waste of money

If you're reading this in 2025, skip this game. Way too unfinished, even for early access.
If you're reading this in 2028 and the game is actually finished, it looks like this will probably be great.
Don't support people releasing a few crumbs and calling it an appetizer. It took 20 hours of gameplay to finish all the content available, explore everything, get all the tech, etc. and much of that time was spent being bored by arbitrary side quests with no challenge or meaning - there isn't really a plot to speak of, there are only a few enemies repeated endlessly.
By comparison, I've played 3 similar genre early access games recently that I played for 90-130 hours before running out of things to do, and they had fleshed out goals and discovering new tech and new areas of the map felt important.
It's a great skeleton of a game, though. The gameplay feels smooth, the base building system feels pretty good, weapons are pretty fun, combat feels cool. Potion crafting system is good.
Although there is no skill advancement, no ability tree, no way to specialize your character other than slight aesthetic variations in armor.

I'm typically not a "quest" gamer, but this game is fun.
I am especially impressed with the detail and they seem to be adding cool new features and content.
