Very vague and clumsily worded tutorial.
Sometimes you can move up or down, sometimes you cannot. Could not find any explanation why.
Your active abilities seem to have some sort of cooldown but it seems frozen in place. Perhaps abilities are one-and-done things?
Nothing is explained and nothing is intuitive.
Needs work.
