The labour camp building, which comes with this DLC is a useful addition to the camp. Well worth every single penny.

If you have a lot of problems with growing crops and criminals, then this DLC is for you. The new labor camp building puts your prisoners to work growing cash crops for your industry. The superhero mission though I found to be too short and easy, it was nothing special.

Now this is a good deal, you get the labour camp + some other stuff in this DLC but it's all about that sweet labour camp. Having problems with (Insert political group here)? Why not just arrest the leaders of the faction and work them to death in the Tropican concentration camp?
In all seriousness this camp solves the problem with the prisons releasing the opposition after X years, the only solution before was to shoot them BUT this made their family angry and they might join the opposition, or protest in public or even worse they might join the rebels and take up arms against the ruling government!
NOW with this workcamp you can keep them alive while howering over the execute button incase their family dabbles in political activism :D If only we could expand the camp and make the arrests automatic then it would be perfect.
8/10 DLC.

Great dlc. Adds some content. Although not as much as the others. It would be better if it was given away for free. It is worth taking in a pack with the rest. To be honest, I don't even remember how useful it is.

A few extra features, as mentioned in other reviews the "labour camp" is the only real reason to get this, it’s nice but not worth full price, if you like Tropico 4 then get on sale or as bundle as will give some chuckles, thumbs up!

Cost of this DLC is what does it in. The Labor Camp is a great idea (using prisoners to grow cash crops) but like regular farms/plantations, it needs a full staff to be at full effectiveness, and if you have that many criminals, rebels, prisoners on your island, you're trading off one benefit (prisoner farmers) for a slew of other issues. You may as well build normal farms and let one of the many farmers be a criminal.

Vigilante DLC is a 6th small stuff DLC for Tropico. They just never stopped.
This mission is about El Presidente becoming superhero. And doing just few not-hard quests. In all honesty, I don't remember much already, it was kinda easy. And lame.
As far Labor camp, well, it sure feels like a better version of a Prison. Instead of taking time to turn criminals into non-criminals, this one never releases them. Instead they are forced to work as farmers, for no pay, for their remaining life. You may as well manually arrest your law-obidient farmers if you want so. Sounds interesting.
There are however some glitches related to it. Like, criminals may not count as arrested. Didn't encounter any personally, but people complain.
