Playtime:

I really like the premise so far, but I barely read anything.
I have 2 hrs in record but I barely played the VN because of an annoying problem.
If you're curious, I'll just post it here in the review, because I think that the underlying cause of such a problem is from the engine itself---not that I know what engine they used to create this game.
Anyway, after contemplating what's really the problem, I've come to some conclusions, and it probably lies whether you use the Bordered Window or Fullscreen, but that's not all. The most probable cause would be whether you are using the auto-play function or clicking Enter-key every time you want to go to the next dialogue, the latter would probably be the problem.
In the settings, there's only two options:
Bordered Window or Full Screen.
Bordered Window gives me an approximately 1280x720 in 16:9, which is kinda small for me when reading. It would've been nice if I users can resize the bordered window, but you can't... (I don't know what engine they use, but normally, you should be able to for other VNs.)
Full Screen would be my cup of tea, but there's probably something wrong with the engine/processes/whatever used when you play/read this VN. (Do note that I usually play games that are more needy in rendering, so I don't have any problems towards hardwares or softwares, unless this game needs internet connection...?!)
So, the problem would somehow goes like this: when an image tries to transition to another one, the game or window would stop (this is in full screen), and makes the buttons unclickable, and this is rather annoying. Simple as that.
I tried to alt-tab first to another window/app, and the VN's image transition would continue, but the moment you get back to the VN's window, the game would stop again... Why?! (so picking the windowed border would probably be the only choice... but no, either way, the VN stops responding after a couple of minutes)
I really wondered how other games can properly be played on my system, but this VN which should barely in need of graphics would stutter and ultimately stops when it's in the background...
So I had no choice but to force stop the game through task manager whenever it wants to stop on me... (closing the game normally would probably open the confirmation whether to proceed or not, but even clicking that won't close the VN...)
Btw, I was not playing it in auto-play.
Finally, After reading using Bordered Window Mode, the VN still stops... T_T while the BGMs kept being played in the background... I'm still at the part where
someone went and crashed into the planet? and after waking up, met two kids...
.
I barely read the VN and now, it's stopping every other minute...
Currently, I recommend the story but the game itself, no.
I really hoped they could update the game again to make it stop responding, but of course, Shiravune didn't give any specifics on how to report it to them.
So, it will be at your own risk if you want to buy this or not.
