This is a great visual novel. Plenty of choices to make and they influence the game quite nicely. You are a chosen one and all, so there is a lack of truly wrong choices, but you can succeed in very different ways and with help of different people.
The only negative thing I have to say about this game is that I do not like the look of two out of three main male characters, and this earring thing is totally not adorable, but maybe there are people out there who loves it. To each their own, and it does not make the story any worse anyhow.

I have very mixed feelings about this game. I probably expected something different based on the store description and all the positive reviews—even comparisons to Game of Thrones.
First, the positives: the art is very nice, technically it’s well done, and I also liked the voice acting. The music was beautiful at times (e.g., in the temple), though it became annoying in some other scenes.
But the story never really gripped me. It starts off strong, with the main character waking up covered in blood—a mysterious and intriguing entrance to the game. However, in the following paths, I never felt a real sense of danger or urgency to solve the mystery. The MC follows the other characters rather stoically, and I never got the impression that I should doubt or mistrust any of the main characters.
The game is very long, but it often feels like you're constantly being led through side quests, with the main story only coming together at the very beginning and the very end. I didn’t care much about the side characters or their quests, which felt like generic side missions you'd see in other games. I expected something dark and gritty, but it turned out to be quite bland.
As for the MC—this might be a personal preference—but I couldn’t really self-insert, even though she was meant to be a blank slate without a fixed background. Her appearance can’t be customized, and while her decisions might influence different routes, the dialogue options all felt very similar and didn’t offer much variation.
I played Ascanio’s romance route, and they kind of ended up together after only one or two conversations. The romance got better after that, but I never really understood why they got together in the first place. I think the female romance options might feel more natural in this game, since you spend significantly more time with those characters.
Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this game for the reasons mentioned—it didn’t grip me, and I ended up rushing through it. But if you enjoy a slow-burn story with beautiful visuals and a semi-dark world, it might be worth checking out.

One of the the best visual novels ive ever played with unmatched visuals an incredible Atmosphere. What im most impressed by the Protagonist and how they are written with so much depth yet the Humor system allows you to rolep them in many different ways. And thats exactly what this game excels at, its excellent Dark Fantasy story and your ability to truly roleplay as the MC; something you rarely see in VN or even modern RPGS. The Dev should be proud of this accomplishment and im eager to see and play more from them in the future. A Materpiece.

I'm partial to any game that willingly veers into femslash, so while the game is flawed, I still like it. And I genuinely want to get to the bottom of this story, i like it.
It's a bit meandering, narrative-wise and there's no discernible gameplay loop. But maybe that's intentional? They don't really want it feel like a game, just an interactive story. But some of the gameplay elements are unclear, like the personality dialogue choices. Does that matter? Should I stick to my chosen personality overall? Or does it matter if I bounce around?
Not sure why you have to toggle on/off the romances, I guess maybe it was the only way for devs to keep from triggering romances you didn't want. There had to have been a cleaner way to establish (i'm straight, i'm gay, i'm not interested in any romance) but its not a dealbreaker.
Needs more opportunities for stat building. But I like it, it feels like it wants to be a mini-series more than a game

As a frequent player of indie otome/amare games, this is one of the best I've played in a long time!
The world building and characters are very well fleshed out, and the writing is clean - sometimes enigmatic but never too convoluted.
I actually enjoyed the numerous choices - even if they sometimes have no consequences on the story, it helps with building the main character's personnality. I really liked her. For once, I liked playing someone who I felt has control over her actions and feelings, while allowing herself to be caring and vulnerable. She is powerful, and it shows in the way she handles things.
Regarding the LIs, I've only played the 3 men's route, but I really liked them overall. However, my only critique of the game comes here: I feel there is a significant imbalance in the time you get to spend with each potential LI before you actually choose to get in a relationship with one of them. Once you're locked into a relationship, the interactions are amazing and take more space in the story, but before that? Some you meet everyday, others you meet 3 to 4 times in the early chapters, which makes some relationships more well-paced than others.
Despite that, I feel like the second part of the story mostly makes up for it, because the writing is that good. Overall, Alpheon is my favorite route because it's the most balanced of the three (and because he happens to be a smooth-talking himbo, but that's besides the point). I'm not interested on the women's routes, but I like the characters a lot, and I think their romance will be great for those who want to play GxG routes.
I would have also loved to have longuer epilogues after each route with one last intimate moment, but that's just me being greedy.
Overall, the game is great, music and designs are great, writing is one of the best I've read in a while. I will be following the developers to see what they create next!

A Visual Masterpiece… Held Hostage by the Dialogue
Alright, first things first—this game is gorgeous. The art? Stunning. The music? Chef’s kiss. Seriously, more visual novels should aim for this level of quality. The artist absolutely crushed it, nailing everything from character designs to world-building to scenic vibes. Even the costumes had drip.
But then… the dialogue. Oh. My. God.
It’s like someone put the script on slow-motion mode. Every conversation drags, every character sounds the same, and every line feels like it was written to test my patience. I was skipping through chunks of text like I was speedrunning the boredom. What happened to “show, don’t tell”? What happened to variety in character voices? Why does everyone talk like they’re reading off the same teleprompter?
And don’t get me started on the pacing. Why am I spending valuable gaming time making bedsheets? Why are we stuck in a never-ending cycle of crafting, tidying, and other mundane activities? I came here for the juice, not a medieval Home Ec class.
That said, the humor system was great. For the first time, I actually felt like I was the character. A rare win.
Final Verdict:
✅ Drop-dead gorgeous art
✅ Immersive world-building
❌ Dialogue as lively as a tax report
❌ Pacing that makes molasses look fast
It’s frustrating because this game could’ve been amazing. Instead, it feels like a beautiful museum exhibit where you’re stuck listening to the world’s longest audio tour.
