Bought this game on sale and i think it's amazing. Pros: + I really like the lighting effects + Great sound and menu soundtrack + The night is actually scary, so i would advise getting a sleeping bag asap + Zombie textures are great and graphic + Overall visual quality for a game like this is great + Crafting system is simple and easy to understand + Lots of animals, bears do massive dmg + A Few points of interest to find Cons: - Maybe it's just me, but i never hear the Zombies close to me. (Got absolutely folded once by suprise) Overall i think it's a 4/5 solo survival game from a small studio. I would recommend it to a friend, maybe someone with more survival game experience than me.

Not at all worth the asking price, even on sale right now. No challenge and not nearly enough content. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, THE GAME HASN'T HAD ANY UPDATES OR EVEN NEWS FROM DEVS IN OVER A YEAR! Really more like the rough draft for a survival game. and not even a good one. day and night cycle flies too fast. crucial resources in early game are near impossible to find. Enemy creatures sneak up on you easy because they make no sound. items you've placed disappearing after saving and reloading. I figured i'd give it some time when I bought it and things would get better after maybe a year. well now we're here a year later, and absolutely no changes have been made. this game isn't worth getting for free, let alone having to pay for it. I guess thats the price you pay though, when you get an early access game.

I'm not much of a survival game player myself but i did enjoy the time i spent playing it. It might have some bugs here and there but with a bit of time, i'm sure this will be a fun game to play. I did come across a few bugs however: - items falling through the map and other assets - Flying bears - clipping through a few stones while being hit by a mob Things i found enjoyable were: - animations feeling smooth and fluid - the background music choice - gun play

id like to give this a positive score.... however its a game that isnt finished.... far from it.... is it worth 6 pounds of my hard earned cash on a deal ... its hard to say... is it worth 12 atm ...NO. i realy hope they can get funding to do more work on it..... the AI sux ... aminals get stuck in trees...... no story..... zombies are so stupid if you die to one your a retard.... however... the graphics for what they have done so far shouts potential.... id buy it at a cheap rate to see what becomes of it.... in 2 hours atm youll be bored of it..... if you want a game thats good that is very close and finished, buy the forest. Its a good start.. but this game should have gone on kickstarter if they needed cash to make this game. Having the public pay to play a early beta version of the game isnt a good way to start. The potential is there but making ppl pay before the game is 50% finished will leave you so many bad reviews youll never recover...... you were better letting us play it for free and let the players have their say to improve the game.... charging us just makes us feel we are being ripped off.

At this point the game is not playable. You cannot save your game and there is not a whole lot to do as of yet either. The game has promise and if the devs keep at the game it could be a great survival game.

Your better off buying The Forest if your looking for something similar but playable or 7 days to die...except 7dd is actually an awesome game. Yeah this game has some really bad bugs. First of all you can't hear zombies....at all they don't make any sound unless your hitting them. So silent footsteps in a heavily forested area with foliage all over.....no thanks how are we suppose to know an enemy is coming at us? precognition? Although thats annoying its not nearly as bad as needing cloth for healing and nearly everything else in early game but can you craft cloth? no....does it drop frequently from zombies....no so your just playing a luck game hoping you get enough cloth when your definitely not going to. Lighting affects are....alright. You can't swing your fists you need an actual weapon to fight....never met a human that didn't know how to throw a punch. Zombies range with a knife is the same range as your spear....that does not make any sense. The day night cycles seem really unbalanced day last maybe an hour or so and night lasts quite a bit longer. you can only carry 2 logs and 3 rocks but a good portion of the buildable things require more than that close into proportions to double of that or triple so expect to be running back and forth a lot to craft very basic things. Also there is nothing to tell you that a tree is getting cut down other than the chopping sounds. the progress of the tree doesnt show, like is it taking damage? I wasn't even sure my axe was working for the first couple minutes of chopping oh....and it should not take me 3 minutes to chop down a single tree. This game needs some hardcore balancing and a way to craft the basic resources you need. Otherwise how are we suppose to do anything? Also I died and came back and on my second run after dying I tried finding my body that was gone and the building that I died near had disappeared as well but it was an in game structure. Also I'm not sure how your expected to get food but there are few wild animals and next to no plants for eating also you can't hold berries in your inventory you eat it on the spot and killed a bear its drops were not worth the effort I had to put in to kill it.....I don't know at this time this game seems really unplayable definitely needs to be taken off the market DON'T BUY THIS GAME.

Anvil, workbench, parts of custom base building and standing torch all gone after loading saved game. Walked for over an hour and only saw trees, stone shards, and some sticks here and there. Managed to see a hut but after that nothing of significance, I'll try again in a few months but I can't recommend this title at the moment.
