Sakura Gym Girls is another addition to the never-ending Sakura series. And the game is? ...well, while it maintains the fact that the characters just as always, are quite likeable, unfortunately it never goes further from being slightly above mediocre. The story is basically all about "we should work out in this newly opened gym where we met some girly who we know from somewhere before" and then something will happen - deepening the relationship. It even offers a ideal middle path where you basically get a harem ending having all 3 girls as your girlfriends. As if one would be not enough for him. Anyways it's not a bad expreience for a few hours if you can get it at a discount or if you are a avid collector of Sakura games.

Another of those visual novels that people love, hate, or love to hate, Sakura Gym Girls features three potential love interests. Your choices determine who you end up with, or perhaps all three. Suggest getting on discount or in the bundle (maybe both). While decent enough, it is a bit short.

10/10! Sakura Gym Girls made me hit the gym. But to be quite honest – it’s another Sakura Visual Novel from Winged Cloud that I enjoyed. Those games allow you to just have a good time and enjoy the story without having to focus too much or think too hard what choice is the correct one. Basicall perfect after day of work when you don’t feel like doing anything at all. The story is short, but rather enjoyable. All the girls are very attractive (no surprise here!) and quite fun during interactions. Was just a bit sad that the red-haired girl (Satsuki) they introduced in the free Prologue (released before main game) was not a part of cast here. It would make the story a bit longer as well, but hey three girls is a solid amount in the end.

Wasn't bad, but if you are gonna waste 10 europs on an eroge, this isn't the one that is worth it, it has a very short story in my opinion, many times it's uninteresting too, and another fact that really stinks is the lack of content that god hates.

Out of the entire catalog, kinda liked this one the best. Felt natural and real. Lovely story too with a few cliches sprinkled in. Nice character art.

TL;DR Good, but hardly utilizes its gym setting. The librarian, a social media personality, and one hostess club as a secondary location are all very distinct from each other. Unfortunately, "Sakura Gym Girls" does not use the gym enough to justify that title. Yet with detailed backgrounds and ok music, it again makes sense that this release even got a demo: certainly one of the more memorable Sakura titles in recent years. The tone is also more melodramatic than comedic this time around - giving the typical faceless male protagonist a nice sense of pace in this Sakura one-shot (not be part of a series), and the H-scenes of the patched version are certainly above average but not so "pornographic" after all (the artist Inma won't do explicit stuff). The game does not break out from the usual formula either, of course - which means one ending for each female character, and a foursome. Just don't expect any true gym fetish, it all stays superficial.

A guy visits a gym, and after a few simple choices he can end up with any of the three girls working out there. Story is short and dull based on some clichéd anime tropes, without any explicit scenes. Seems to be a quick cash grab, made without effort or love.

So far so good. As a fan of this series I can say with confidence that this may be one of the better ones I have played. I will recommend it so far, but I will update this review once I finished it. Just finished it, so here all my final thoughts. As I mentioned it is one of the better ones in the series. Characters are nice the mc quite different from the other ones and the story overall is simple but good. Maybe a little fast paced for my tastes. My only big negative is the H-scenes. Most of them need a better angle, and that is the same problem I am noticing in the past 3 or 4 game. Pls give them a better angle. Finishing with my thoughts I would defenatelly recommend it to a fan of the series but I will not do it for someone new.
