Nc sim and very realistic ( physic ), better if there is more visual mod or addons and more variety of building house and road on land

It is a good simulator. Good physics (well I think, at least) lot's of challenges. AI dogfighting. Get it.

Truly impressive! It does require some time for configuration to get it looking its best, though. If you manage that, with Ortho and SimHeaven, it can even surpass the visuals of MSFS. I'm glad I purchased this instead of MSFS 2024.

Switching from MSFS to X-Plane 12 has been a game-changer. After logging 20–30 hours in MSFS, I felt like I had a decent handle on flying. But X-Plane hits differently. The physics feel noticeably more realistic, and unlike MSFS, there’s no hand-holding — just raw flight dynamics that force you to learn the aircraft properly. I practically had to relearn everything I thought I had learned in MSFS. It took some adjustment, but once you start mastering the fundamentals here, the payoff feels so much more rewarding. This sim is awesome!

Not the best flight simulator game out there and a clear lack of airliner aircrafts to fly this is still a good flying experience overall.
I like the modelled cabins for the B737-800 and A330-300 which I can see why now there are only these 2 airliners in the game as maybe the modelling of more cabins is gonna take alot more time?
The lack of proper pushback in this game is killing the realistic experience that this game tries to go for and it is really frustrating when being told no pushback service is available, resulting to users having to manually reverse their plane out of the gate.
ATC is robotic as hell and your flight planning is also done through the ATC menu which I feel results from a very harsh initial rating from me, because after setting the flight plan through the ATC window, ATC now knows your destination and automatically assigns you a gate upon landing which is more in line with the experience I had in MSFS 2020.
I also like the ease of the replay tool in this game to review back my landings and see how I can improve for my next flight too.
The speed up ground speed is also a very handy feature which I strongly feel MSFS should adopt this feature as well.
Overall Summary vs MSFS
Pros
Easy to speed up flight with ground speed instead of sim rate speed
Nice detailed interior cabin for the B737 and A330
Replay tool is very user friendly unlike MSFS which feels clunky
Cons
ATC is robotic
Pushback is unreliable
Lack of Airliner Aircrafts to fly
Lack of public community to support this game with mods as everyone is on MSFS.

Very good and realistic. Physics and mechanics are better than msfs 2020 and 2024 and graphics are also very good but scenery can be more detailed like in flight sim 2024

Msfs Newbies probably won't like the scenery or quality of the game much. but if they at least try it for a while, it'll be worth it.

Love the way it feels to fly the planes in X-Plane 12! Graphics are a lot better than what I experienced in X-Plane 11, and I love the fact that you can use X-Plane 12 on Mac!

I truly have no clue how people hate on this game. It's likely because people don't know how to install the DLCs which actually puts the airports in game. I think this game is beautiful. I have significantly better FPS than XP11 with the same modifications, and the graphics are 10x better. Truly a beautiful simulator.
