Appears to be badly broken. Might be better with a controller, but keyboard doesn't use the mouse for some strange reason.
Oddly enough, even though I figured out the first few steps of the tutorial, I then died. As there is nothing else you can do but follow the tutorial, not sure how it is possible to proceed.
I also had this odd issue where it would kick my mouse out of the game window, making even closing the game quite the chore.
Got this on a massive sale, and it was still over priced. Going right into the Avoid At All Costs category, two thumbs down, getting my money back.

It's been a long while since I've played, and I'm glad to see that the previous bugs from my original review have been patched out. Coming back, I still love the game, it's small, cute and relaxing.

A very fun, and beautiful little game with a very interesting twist on the tower defense game formula by putting you as an actual character in the midst of the game rather than as an omnipresent being overlooking the entire board from above. Adds a very fun and dynamic play style to the game that most other TDGs just don't have, at least from what I've seen.
There are a few bugs here and there, but as the developers are open about continuing to work and fix it post launch, and it is their first game, they are passable, especially as none of the bugs I've come across thus far are 'game breaking'.
