This is a lot of fun, and really repetitive, and really creative, and also really buggy. I've had to restart my game and lose all my progress a few times due to bugs. I like the progression system. The puzzles are good. If you can look past the bugs, and you're patient with repetition, it's a super original and fun point and click.

This game is the perfect mix of frustration and fun. You will get pissed off, but you'll keep playing, and playing, and trying again, and losing, and trying again. The soul in this game is unmatched and it is all around a fantastic indie game made by INCREDIBLY passionate people.

It could be a good game, but it isn't. Not only because by design you have to play the game over and over to beat it (which is questionable design choice in case of a puzzle game). Not only because the game is time bound and there is not much time even you know what you have to do. But also because the game is very easy to break - one extra click and notebook won't start or radio won't open. Most of my attempts were ruined by the bugs. Not recommend.

This is not a traditional escape room game. But definitely recommended for people who enjoy this genre . This has a beautiful art style , care has been put into every sprite . This game has so much humour, nice work .

I haven’t finished the game yet but I’ve been loving it so far! The checkpoint progression seems like it’ll make it a lot less difficult/painful on a restart. Especially with how bad I am in stressful timed situations, I’ll definitely be restarting *a lot* The phrase, “You’ll love to hate it” is the perfect way to describe this game. LOL

Behind the premise of a game made to drive you insane, is a well-designed little gem. With carefully handcrafted pixel art, it has some decent puzzles, fun and fast-paced minigames, and some really WEIRD stuff from time to time. What stands out to me though, is the writing. The humour is top-notch. It's clever and hilarious, the gags are timed perfectly, and the many fourth wall breaks are on point without being annoying. Some of them even made me physically burst into laughter. All in all, I had a really good time. 100% recommend, would gladly smash my head against the desk again.

As someone who grew up in the late 80s and through the 90s and was the "tech support" for the family - this game was incredibly fun to play through and intensely nostalgic and familiar. It's a beautiful ~7 room puzzle box with so much to discover. It's criminal that more people haven't played this - you highly owe it to yourself to play it!

I am really impressed in the detail and polished work in all of the sprites and animations. You can definitely tell a lot of work went into this and the developer is somewhat of a perfectionist in the way that many of the elements had to be "just right" before they could be considered as finished. What really sets Call Hating apart is its clever writing. The humor is razor-sharp and unexpected, skirting the edges of absurdity with a fourth wall-breaking twist that keeps players on their toes. I was constantly surprised and didn't have any idea as to what was going to happen next. The narrative's influence from classic games like The Stanley Parable is evident, but this game shines in it's own light. Give it a try and you won't be disappointed.

Ok, So I have a love of the Point and Click. Goat's Humor in on par with the Lucas Arts Days of old. Original Monkey Island Vibes. Current Humor and Old Tech blended in some Alien form of the most funny, frustrating and cool and kitschy puzzles you will EVER set your eyes on!

An awesome game that can be a bit repetitive at times. The game's puzzles are easy enough, but be prepared for a lot of trial and error. Generous check points later in the game ease the pain, and a meta progression system makes mistakes a bit easier. I really recommend the game for those that like games like: There is no game, McPixel, or Henry Stickman.
