Can't recommend it.
Technically speaking: No you don't have to use Ren'py when creating a Visual Novel but if you don't you have to do something at least as good. Here you can't go back if you've clicked too quickly, can't change the speed of the text,etc...
Graphically speaking: Pretty generic. If it had been released two years later I would have thought that it was AI graphics. On the plus side the faces are animated (not very well but still).
The voices: well not everybody is made to dub an anime character. There's got to be emotion in there.
The dialogs: The translation could be better. And those dialogs ugh. Here's the beginning of a dialog: "You can hit your sisters but you have to do it gently." Or the obsession with one of the girls' breasts.
The story: Pretty short. It could have been interesting but it stopped before it did (and the ending was stupid).
The price: Really not enough content/quality for that price.
Oh and it was a kinetic novel. Choices you make don't matter at all.
