A storm tore off the roof of my shelter. I was already pissed off at this point. Then the blonde woman had the audacity to come to me and complain about the roof. I responded as any gentleman would and killed her. It's only natural.

For 2 bucks I would consider this acceptable but for 8 dollars full price this has only 1/3 of the content i'd say you'd need to be fair. Most aggravating of all is that single playthrough from start to finish is conviently only 2 hours long. Too short to be considered a full meal, but too long to have steam refund you. The game suddenly says its futile to leave the island even after you've unlocked raft building and wipes your save after 170 days. I'd consider that acceptable if I never figured out to how leave the island, but apparently after 170 days your charecter basically decides to use the instructions to leave the island as kindling i'm assuming. Furthermore by "serious consequences" there are no instant kill events (as far as I came across) like you'd expect, such as getting an infection from a cut foot or venemous snakes, just mild inconviences. As long as your health doesn't go to zero you can survive anything. Heck the random events are so finely sprinkled between the game you barely come across anything threatening at all. Worst of all there is such a rush to get food and water and other necessities, you don't have any time at all to actually access the visual novel part of the game, and it just seems like a grind from one day to the other. If you had time for multiple activities or even two a day, this would be okay, but somehow a conversation only I truly hope the developer works on fleshing out their future projects because I can see some definite potential and the skeleton of an engaging game, but as of yet this feels more like a phone game or a demo

The random stuff that happens couple of times per week can be brutal at times but it also makes it fun. The girls are well designed and have nice personalities. It would be perfect with some actual Hscenes but it's nice either way. 4/5

It's not what I expected but I like it. I got a bit frustrated a couple of times because just when I felt like I was doing great, some random event f*cks me over big time, some events are funny, some are just brutal. There weren't any actual visible sex scenes but it's more of a romantic, "softcore" approach. All and all it's a very entertaining game and has a lot more interactivity and gameplay than renpy-games usually have. Good job, first time dev!

I'm failr new to computer gaming and i'm old so i've mostly played Sherlock Holmes games until now. A friend recommended this game and even though it's not like anything i've played before, i found it to be a fun. The colors are pretty and i really like the sea, forest and jungle sounds. It's fun to look for items because it gives the same feeling as scratching lottery tickets. The women could stand to wear more clothes, though!

There was a random spider crawling up the wall of my shelter. I decided to eat it. This kept me from starving to death the next morning. Rest in piece, sweet prince.

Today I learned that women get angry if you try to pee on their feet. Edit: I also learned that eating everything you see is a bad idea.

Island of Aito is a lot like 60 seconds but way more fun because it has so many different events. Basically, you need to manage your time and items very well. Each day your needs go a bit lower and you need to replenish them by using items you get from many different places/events. Every 4 days something happens. This can be either something good, bad or a bit of both. This means you can never expect what’s going to happen next. I noticed that there are many endings/events to unlock and I feel like I’m going to 100% this. I might update this review once I’m done. I’ve done 1,5 playthroughs (I died on the first try) and all the random events have been different so far. The music is nice and the visuals are just beautiful. Also, HUGE plus points for 2 different game modes. I played active at first but changed it to passive after my first death.
