it gets boring, 1 hour of my gameplay was jut traveling, make the map smaller or the car faster

As a simple man i will provide a simple review. Good: - Cheap! I got this game for 39p! - Growing the crops is satisfying! - Achievements! Nice and easy achievements to get another 100% game - Huge value for the low price! Bad: - This game is riddled with bugs, looks like the yield and more money perks don't work at all. - You can only crate a certain number of fruit/veg so extra from normal yield and the skill are literally a waste - You have to drive so damn far to get to the selling place or market, a faster car or a much shorter distance to travel for less tedium. The game has such potential if only it would be polished and have the big game breaker bugs fixed, damn. All in all 5/10, fantastic idea, poor execution

Music makes me burp after 20 minutes From the road starts to feel sick after half an hour of play From boring gameplay without story, interest, to comfortable interface and broken language ___ My game ended after 30 minutes, after I didn't figure out why I should buy a f***g storage box and didn't save $5 for it No $5 for the box = Game Over

The tutorial is boring after you enter the vehicle, sorry the game is great, high quality art, but I found a game breaking bug where my car bugged in to the mud on the road. So after all I couldnt even finish the tutorial.

SCAM GAME!!!!! Uses more than %70 of your GPU. Probably a coin miner, been almost 2 years upon last update. You CANNOT get all the achievements. All of the game is bugged. You can cheat and get unlimited money if you go to the animal sellers, sell their animals (the game thinks they are yours), hit ESC, go back to the main menu and press continue to resume playing. The animals will be back and you will have the money. You cannot upgrade the vehicle, and if you upgrade your ranch, all will be reset with no money back after any kind of quitting the game, even going back to the main menu. I allow comments feel free to ask about the game.

Game starts of good, but you can only plant, the sell area is far away and car is not user friendly, you then have to buy seeds plant them then your on your own with no more tasks, got this far and not really encouraged to keep going- not the bast farm game i have played.

I have msi gt 730 4 gb 128 bit but, i didn't get a good performance from game. Game is actually nice but its not too much entertaining when it is lagging.

It has bugs still and not all the features work correctly. Approach and purchase with caution. I got some fun out of it since I bought it on Discount for $1 but the issues will likely never be fixed. This header update posted Feb. 25, 2023.[/b] Below this will be the original review. First off, if you like completing all achievements, I currently cannot recommend the game. Please read within the Discussions on Steam for more or current info as it may have changed since this post. Aside from that, I can still recommend the game when on sale, but please read why and make sure these are things you are okay with. I got 10+ hours out of this game. For this, bugs aside, I can obviously justify the .50 cents I paid. At $5, I cannot due to the bugs and lack of fixes. Most of the bugs are listed below, please make sure you could be okay with them and you might want to look into the Discussions section to see if anything else might bother you. In addition, the developer hasn't updated since Oct. of last year and back then they were asking for feedback which I was giving. Most of the bugs that others and myself listed have not been fixed so you don't want to buy this expecting change. Lastly, and I must say this one last time, you'll read it more below. I just found this game, bugs and all to be very relaxing, cathartic and ultimately just what I needed when I played it. If you like how it looks and you want to buy crops, place crops, box crops and then go sell crops and repeat that process... it all works and feels soothing. [b]Original Sept. 7th 2022 Review below[/b] I enjoy the look of low poly and this game was on sale and the trailer seemed to show quite a bit of farming. It looked somewhat relaxing and that is just what I needed. Little did I know, 10 hours later I still wouldn't want to uninstall it. I should, I know I should wait for more to be added, but the game is so relaxing, pleasant on the eyes and just cathartic. I'll share with you some of the good, the bad, and where I hope this game goes. [strike]For even the full price of this game[/strike], it is totally worth it so long as you know a few things. There are things in the game that aren't functional or that don't work right. While there are [strike]very few[/strike] bugs and nothing I found game breaking, that isn't to say you won't use your in-game currency and be disappointed if something doesn't function the way it should. That being said, everything that does function, functions good and feels pleasant. The simple game play loop is addictive and the visuals, while simple, make it enjoyable. I do hope for patches in the future, more music, and even more features but I'll leave you a list of pros and cons for you to decide for yourself if the game is for you and some developer notes as I hope they look because this game could even be better than it currently is. [h1]Pros:[/h1] - Pleasant simple poly art style. - Planting crops, harvesting, and loading them all feel good. - Most sounds are immersive, especially the ambiance. - The vehicle handles fairly well for this type of game. - Livestock can produce other livestock for you to sell off. - Apple trees can be purchased in which you can pick apples to make additional money. - There are a ton of lots to plant on so you can get quite a lot of hours out of the game if you enjoy the game play loop and want to grow your farm. - The character advancement feels worthwhile and noticeable on game play. - The farm upgrades, the ones that function correctly feel noticeable and impactful. - The game is still being updated and getting patched and features added. [h1]Cons:[/h1] - There are bugs, although I found none game breaking. - There are features in the game that don't work, although many of these don't affect you from having fun. - The music is short and on a loop. You'll probably decide to turn it down. I hope they add more music to address this. - Some bugs seem permanent until patched. Example: the upgrade for the truck doesn't appear to work. - The worker system while it is nice, only appears to help you in one aspect of the farm, picking crops. And multiple didn't seem to really help that much. - Some small translation issues. - No built in controller support. [h1]Bugs:[/h1] (1.) Cannot Upgrade the truck in the upgrade menu. (2.) Can buy the white house but doesn't appear to do anything. (3.) Can buy the harvester, turn it on and ride around, but it doesn't appear to do anything. (4.) Buying upgrades for the Farm sometimes upgrades but doesn't display your new cash total. You have to manually do the math until the next time you sleep. (5.) Pumpkins sometimes glitch out when time for harvest and twitch and you cannot harvest them. Maybe because of the worker? A simple restart fixed this but it is still a bug. (6.) Sometimes (very infrequently) you'll be driving and the vehicle turns and stops like you hit an invisible wall. This only happened like 3 times in 10 hours of play. Super infrequent. (7.) I showed up in the new horse area and the two tables of people directly in the middle were t-posed. [i][b]Despite these bugs, I can still recommend this game. I'd love to see these fixed and the notes I have below for the developer.[/b][/i] [h1]Developer notes:[/h1] Thanks for your little indie wonderful game. I know you are just a single developer but the below notes I believe would make the game so much better. - Please put some more music, if not even just one more and make the song have longer loop. If you only add one more try to put something to tell the game to not loop the music tracks all the time and have sometimes where they fade out and stop playing for a little bit. This will add value to hearing them and not seem so repetitive. The loop right now is just too short. - Horse sounds are too frequent and when you aren't even close to them. - If something is in the game but it isn't working yet please don't let the player buy it. Put something like Coming Soon or In Development when you hover over it. Otherwise it will leave the player believing that it is broken or a bug or just wondering how to even get it to function. - Could you make the driving have either a button for cruise control to maintain the speed or if you are at max acceleration to hold that speed until another button is pressed. - Controller support - If you need any help with translation on say things like: Luggage to Load or in the sound settings the bottom word I believe you want to be Vehicle or Truck, just let me know. I'd be happy to drop you a list of english translation words that might make the game more understandable for English speakers. Thanks again for your game and time! Very, very borderline recommended review on this one. Farmland Realm's easily the jankiest cozy farm game I've played yet, it has lots of features but many of them flat out don't work or are bugged to heck and back. At this point it's fair to say each update the developer puts out breaks as much as it fixes - and some reported bugs just plain don't get fixed even though claims otherwise are often made. Despite this I still logged 2.5 hours in it, mainly because the soundtrack is so calming and sleep-inducing...also your truck takes flipping forever to get to and from the seed shop / animal vendors lol. Achievement hunters be wary of this one, lots included are glitched or completely broken such as the ones for buying pigs and sheep. Fully expect farm and character upgrades to reset every time you log out and back in, along with losing hired workers. Any crops left in your pickup's bed or on the ground typically vanish between saves, sometimes leaving behind crates which refuse to hold anything ever again. Yeah, bugs. Lots...and lots...of bugs. I bought this for around one dollar, at present if you're super curious and don't already own several other casual farming titles I'd say it's worth it at that price. Should the developer ever commit to fixing and fleshing this out some? Then Farmland Realm would be worth asking price or even a bit more.

Either this game is poorly optimized or a shit coin miner. 94% gpu usage on a gtx 1060 6gb. Runs fine, but the game is kind of slow. Really slow.
