If you like football Manager, but found the UI boring, if you liked FIFA Manager and Ultimate Soccer Manager and enjoyed them (especially USM) then this is the game for you.
While I've read other rewiews, I decided to found my own club, so far, so good. I Imported 2 players from the Australian A-Leauge to give my team a boost at the start as they were cheap and skilled compared to my team.
I started off in L4 in Eng and so far afrer 2 matches sit 7th with a newly founded club.
I really like the different things you can do ingame, and hope they continue to update the game
