if you are a noob to music theory, this is an easy way to build chord progressions. you can set the parameters, select and listen to the chords, arrange them how you would like and export to a midi file. It's not perfect but it is great if you aren't so great with music theory.

I like it so far. I use it also as a simple digital piano. It's useful to see the chords on the piano tablature for me as a piano aspirant. Also you can switch to guitar-play-mode where you can find out all the notes a guitar would play for the designated chord. Message to the developers: Please include 9-th chords in your collection.

A nice middle ground. doesnt bottleneck notes or anything, but also is decently versitile, my ONE complaint is lack of Midi support.

This software is a great tool, not many of these around for desktop yet. Some features could use a bit of development still - arpeggios don't match project tempo and no way to sort chords by minor scale. Would be nice to have some chord playing rhythms as well, similar to Chordbot app. Navigating the timeline slider by dragging with mouse would be more comfortable than clicking buttons. But other than that, would totally recommend - a really useful and fun program.
