You need some time to understand what the game wants from you. It is so simple, but at the same time a bit complicated. But the game is very beautifully made and touches you, especially if you yourself are affected by dementia in your family.
Don´t play if you don´t like Onion Ninjas.

The narrative of, and the mechanics emulating, a life increasingly senile would work better if the player started "normally" and thus the effects of what's happening would be more evident and less frustrating. It took me a while understanding the cycles and the text indications are very easy to miss, which may add to the atmosphere but harm the flow of the game.
In any case, I've never seen a game like this before and I think it's an interesting take on dementia, even if the ending seems quite abrupt.

Conceptually, Room 301 NO.6 is a beautiful metaphor in the maze navigation for Alzheimer's, however, a lot of the story has missing pieces or feels like not enough can be gleaned from what is given and is confusing (possibly due to translation issues). That being said, I really appreciate the attention to detail and message, as someone who's dealt with many relatives falling victim to Alzheimer's and Dementia myself. 4/10

From me, who cared for someone from the bottom of my heart and watched as he gradually forgot everything. The message in this game is really effectively conveyed.

Well... it made me cry... but like a good cry. It's a wonderfully told story about a woman's life through the lens of said woman's Alzheimer's. Do give it a try.

I cannot urge enough that people play this game. It's a point and click. It's $4. It's visceral. And it helped me to better understand a disease that is afflicting so many. I thought I knew what I was getting into. I even read up on Alzheimer's disease before playing/streaming it. But when I played this, I felt all of it. The fuzzy outlines. The fading memories. The struggle. I felt my heart breaking the whole game.

Playing this game requires a bit of patience, but in a bit of meta way, it actually makes the game stronger. There's very little hand holding on what to do next, so don't expect to just click through dialog (this game rewards attention to detail as well). After the second or third day, you'll get your bearings and things will get clearer.
The game is only about 2 hours long, however as someone who has had family affected by Alzheimer's it packed a bit of emotional punch and gave me time enough for reflection. It reminds us that Azheimer's is one hell of a disease that can't be cured and will take a toll on everyone involved.
I don't know if I'll ever play this game again, but I'm glad I did.

I'm not crying, you're crying.
A very simple point and click puzzle game that brings you through a beautifully difficult story. Definitely worth playing through.
