Jenny is a very welcome suprise for this game. Always down for early 2000s Nick reps . Hugh and Rocko are also perfect for the last 2 characters. Really great work from Ludosity bringing in such a crowd pleasing DLC release!

I bought the Universe Pack to support the developers, as stated on my review on the base game, they've been put through the wringer by Nickelodeon.
Honestly, judging from Jenny, this pack looks to be great. They put a lot of work into Jenny, and Rocko is a good choice. On one hand, having Hugh instead of Jimmy seems odd, but he was a highly request character. All three were highly requested. Would recommend the Universe Pack to support Ludosity and for the new fighters.

Even if you want to buy this awful game for some reason, you don't really need this awful DLC.
Jenny is the only character worth playing, she is somewhat competent and is unique.
Hugh is a joke character, and he also plays like one. He was made intentionally bad; but it's to the point where it's funny, Hugh is what you get if you put a bunch of bad ideas together, which is what this game is. It's crazy that he isn't even bottom 3, there are characters with more time put into them and they are somehow worse.
Rocco is easily the worst character in the game and it's not even close, it's pitiful how bad he is. He is incomplete, if this game had a GameBanana page there would be more functional characters. You can see so many design flaws and bugs with the character, his attacks are tiny; moves that look like they should send up actually send you down and vice versa. and his recovery time on some attacks (his recovery) last OVER A SECOND. And he has a hard time actually getting you to a high percentage, Rocco is the only character in the game that CAN'T get you over 50% after landing a dash, this is something EVERYONE ELSE can do with one set of attacks. How do you even make a character this bad... well.
Rocco was the last character added, meaning he was rushed so the developers could stop the development of this awful game, there is an empty slot in the select screen, so at least one more character was planned. The developers literally gave up while working on him which is why he is the way he is.
Pros of DLC: You can set your icon to Hugh Neutron you can show off to someone that is playing this game every 9 months, because that is how many people will open this game.
Cons of DLC: Everything else.

While I'm disappointed my boy Squidward didn't make it in, I respect the devs for giving the fans what they wanted. I saw all three of these characters heavily requested everywhere. Jenny plays amazingly and her animations are great too. Hopefully the other characters are just as well made.
10/7/2022 Edit: Yeah, the other characters are well made too. I'm satisfied with the quality of them, even though I've lost interest in the game since I bought the pass. It's still worth the money I paid for it. However, I doubt I'll buy another season pass/sequel unless Squidward makes it in.
9/28/2023 Edit: They cut Hugh, Toph, and many other fan favorites from the sequel, so I'm not purchasing it. These devs alienated loyal fans. Awful.

So far we only have Jenny... but if we are judging the entire pack off the quality of one character, then this dlc is MORE than worth the price...
Jenny's moves are all unique and have interesting gimmicks exclusive to her, she has fantastic animations, one of the best stages in the entire game, and even her alt costume is well made
Shes one of... if not... THE best character in the entire game... and i expect no different from Hugh Neutron and Rocko!
